A good establishment in the center of Astana and is located inside the Keruen shopping center on the top floor. A pleasant atmosphere and a good menu with an emphasis on Italian cuisine. The service is normal, but it will be difficult to get a gastronomic delight here. A wonderful restaurant. Wrong is the most beloved and best in Astana. The kitchen is great. It's so delicious that I want to visit the restaurant every day. The staff is very attentive and polite. 10 out of 10! Everything is perfect!

It's just a mess in the hotel!!! we arrived at 1 a.m. there was no one at the reception, we walked around the hotel for 40 minutes shouting aww. Finally , a sleeper came out from somewhere in the back room . Somehow they settled in. The room is tired and shabby , the detergents in the shower are poured in 0.5 bottles of water or soda .I have not
seen such a collective farm yet .

The staff is attentive, you don't have to wait long for anyone, they speak Russian, the atmosphere is cozy,comfortable different places-sofas for the company, tables with armchairs, the serving is fast-corresponds to the preparation of the dish, the food is quite edible-except for the design of one pasta with shrimp and tomatoes (why did they decorate the dish with a burnt shrimp shell?),the interior is cozy.We took two different salads, two different pastas, two alcoholic cocktails cost 27,500 tenge.

The staff is polite. The atmosphere is calm and cozy. We were served on time. The food is very tasty. Interter with taste. Sea buckthorn tea is the most delicious of all the establishments where I tried tea. Rich taste. The dishes are very aesthetically served.

Very good reviews, but we were unlucky. We were there 2 times and both times there was no pasta. I wanted to try the pasta. Everything else is good, the view from the veranda is very pleasant. The other food is delicious too. But there was no pasta, so it was a pity..

The place is warm, the staff is trying hard. The cuisine is Italian. I really liked the rabbit cutlets, beef medallions and much more. The establishment is a higher level than many in this mall. It's not cheap, but the money was well spent. The average check for lunch is 10,000 tenge per person.

Polite, hospitable, friendly staff. Real homemade Italian cuisine with its own production of cheese, pasta, pizza. The author's kitchen, and a bar. An interior design with an observation deck for production, a separate playground with safe children playing in it. There is Parking and Parking in the san nodes of the changing table. Wi-Fi. A place for family holidays.
