We had a rest for the first time, we hope that this is not always the case, from the impressions of the beautiful hall, very polite staff, large portions, delicious teas, that's all. We ordered 2 salads and hot ones, the salads in one caesar with chicken have super dressing, but the chicken is just dry, 2 caesar with shrimp, it feels like the shrimp was fried after the chicken, it's easy.... Hot is a separate conversation, the draniki feel like they weren't cooked, but the pork was overcooked like a biscuit. Hopefully, it's rare to cook like this and we're just unlucky. But we won't be going to this place for sure in the near future.

We were in Vitebsk in early November 2024. We saw this restaurant by chance. I wanted European cuisine, after visiting several places with Belarusian cuisine, it still seemed a little hard for us. We recommend you to visit. One of the best places in Vitebsk. Atomospheric, the interior is not even bad. Our prices are Moscow, but the portions are large, I would even say huge. The wines are only from France, Italy, and Germany. We were on Friday, live music. Special thanks for the service, the dishes were taken out to everyone at the same time, this is above all praise, it is very rare where you will find such a service.

The interior is cozy, although the paintings are a little strange, not childish, let's say, but they fit in perfectly here. The staff is helpful, helped with the selection of dishes. The service was fast. The only thing they did not specify was to take out dishes when ready or so that everyone ate, and not someone sat and starved. Special thanks to the kitchen, because there really is not enough such food, especially in such an atmosphere. However, we did not understand how the burger got into this concept, but we decided to try it, it tastes very good.
Separately, I want to note the incredible smell in the bathroom, the soap smelled like it was there. And the best part was that there was hand cream!

They asked me to recommend the best dish, and they recommended steak. The steak was cooked for 50!! minutes without warning about the long waiting time. The meat didn't look like a steak at all, it was clearly not from the right part, it was very tasteless. As a side dish — mashed potatoes, as in the dining room. The dish costs 40 rubles.
The second course was draniki, but we didn't wait for them: after taking out the steak after 50 minutes, they said that the draniki would wait another 15 minutes.
The terminal did not work well, and the payment was made from the 8th time.
The wardrobe was obviously not designed for the number of visitors, although the landing was not complete: as a result, the down jacket was dumped on the floor while we were eating, and she left with a wet sleeve.
One of the worst impressions of Vitebsk, definitely not recommended.

We have been planning to visit this institution for a long time on the advice of numerous friends. The reviews were very good, so we didn't expect a trick. But in vain..
The dishes were not delivered at the same time, which is no longer found even in ordinary cafes.
While one person was sitting over a plate and couldn't start eating, as the others hadn't received their dishes, they had to sip their drinks.
As for the dishes themselves, should the Milanese cutlet be burnt on one side and dry? It's just that if that's the case, then there's something I don't understand.
The over-salted eggplant salad did not inspire a positive review.
Beef tartare is not bad, it's good, there's nothing to add. The drinks are delicious.
The interior is beautiful.
Now the fun begins. On the day we visited this institution, one of us had a birthday.
On Instagram, a 10% discount was indicated for the birthday boy (without the nuances of payment!).
When the bill was brought to us, it turned out that this discount is valid only for cash payments. Questions: why is it not specified anywhere? Why didn't the waiter even warn us, even though she was aware of the birthday? Why do such discounts work everywhere without problems, but here..? I have never encountered such problems anywhere. Very upset.

We discovered this place by chance and were satisfied. I liked the snacks and hot dishes very much: we took beef tatrar, pancakes with torn beef, risotto with salmon - 10 out of 10! Taste buds trembled with pleasure)) The honey cake didn't impress, but the serve is excellent. Interesting interior, lots of unusual details. The service is good: special thanks to the waitress girls for the dish recommendations! The only thing I didn't like was the endless walking of people through the hall where we were sitting. And not the guests, but the restaurant staff: either to smoke, then to shoot something for rils, etc. I am sympathetic, there is not much space, but because of the endless hiking it was not possible to relax and fully feel the atmosphere. I would like to see a restaurant of this level with appropriate service. But despite this shortcoming, it is a very good place. We will come again)

The worst possible service. You need to leave a deposit of 70 rubles for booking a table, and if you just came in for a coffee? But that's half the trouble. We decided to try another way, just look in without booking - there are a lot of free tables, but according to the waiters "it is impossible" to sit at them - all are booked. To the question of whether it is possible to come later, the answer is yes, after 20.00. We left, we are waiting for 20.00, we decided to call to clarify. They answer the phone - there are no free tables at 20.00 without a deposit, come after 21.00. Only after lengthy proceedings about the fact that we came, it says okay, come at 20.00. I attach a photo of the restaurant to the review at 20.10 (we came) and 21.20 (when we left) - all the tables are empty!!! No one has come in an hour! How is everything booked? I am writing a review in the hope that the owner of the institution will read it, while the staff will deceive customers and you so much (you lose profits and customers), it is unlikely that this institution can be called a good one!

My favorite place in Vitebsk. The dishes are original and delicious. The service is always at a high level. I really like the interior (I usually choose a veranda), namely: style, subdued light and comfortable temperature. The waiting time is standard, it depends on the dish. I ordered a steak, they brought it in about 30 minutes. I recommend you to visit if you want the atmosphere of a restaurant, not a cafe.

The place is awesome!
1. Service - everything is on the level, friendly and friendly staff, and the charming smile of one of the waitresses is generally a fairy tale.
2. Atmosphere - the interior, lighting and relaxed musical accompaniment accompany a warm and lamp-like atmosphere. In a nutshell, IT's VERY COZY.
3. Food - Italian cuisine in Belarus is so different in all establishments that you often wonder, but what is real there, in Italy? I don't know how it is, but the pasta with meatballs is definitely no better there than here. Special praise to the chef for such an amazing dish!
Bottom line: I recommend it to everyone!

Excellent service, one of the best in the city. The shrimp risotto and desserts are edible, but it seemed too much oil in the risotto and a small portion. And it would have been 5 stars, but what spoiled the whole impression of the place was the uniformed restaurant staff always going out to smoke right at the exit or under the windows. Every 15 minutes, one at a time, as scheduled. Is there no back exit in the institution, or is it possible not to take off the work uniform in which employees come into contact with food and stand in it in the rain and smoke?) While we were sitting on the terrace for two hours, it literally blew out from the non-closing doors. This is taking into account the fact that there were almost no guests in the restaurant

We came here from memory from a visit to La Cultura a couple of years ago. At that time, La Cultura made a strong and good impression on us - in contrast to other establishments in Vitebsk, there was a beautiful design, a rather refined menu, and good attentive service. Yes, the prices are Moscow, but in principle the price / quality was at the same level, then they returned again when they came to Vitebsk. Why is there so much detail about the "past" institution, because the current place, apart from the walls, has very little in common with it. I will say right away that I am guided by one rule - we do not require the dining room to be at the level of a luxury restaurant, and if the restaurant positions itself both in terms of branding and pricing policy as a high level, then the requirements for food quality and service are appropriate, otherwise why go there and what do we pay for? So: the service, to put it mildly, is very average, while it feels like there is no desire to improve it. The waiters are giggling, minding their own business, not too focused on the guests. Apparently the manager (?) in general, she wears some kind of sequined sweatpants and an alcoholic T-shirt... at the same time, I note that the waiters are well dressed, the girls' hair is neatly cleaned. Repairs, of course, are worn out and they are not particularly monitored, and even there is dust on the lamps on the tables, but how is that? It's just a small thing, a base, but the impression is immediately negative. The food is mostly delicious, but all the fryers (sweet potatoes, oyster mushrooms) are overexposed in oil, the bread is purchased, the oil is too cold to serve. The hot stuff is mostly fine, but one of the guests had his gnocchi redone because of a hair in his food. Yes, they offered to redo the dish, but the impression of this did not improve much. They offered lemonade, that's all, it wasn't relevant to us and we refused. The same gnocchi were left in the receipt. In my opinion, the negative has not been worked out, although, of course, everything depends on the policy of the institution. Cocktails are quite decent except for Martini Fiero, which for some reason is diluted with orange juice. Overall, the price is too high for the current level of food and service. If an institution claims to be in a high-price segment, then it is necessary to work accordingly. I don't think I'll come back. But I really wish the team to improve the quality or reformat the institution.

A very decent place, an island of good European cuisine in a sea of fast food. The aesthetics of the interior and the serving are at a height, the portions are normal, not gigantic, you can order a couple of dishes with dessert, and then not feel stuffed to the brim. The last time I had lunch was oyster mushrooms with chipotle and tomato soup with strachatella and bacon. Oyster mushrooms are fried in crispy breading, chipotle is a hot sauce, the combination is curious, lovers of spicy dishes will appreciate it. Soup is beyond praise, if you put bacon out of brackets, you get a caprese in the form of soup - a thick tomato base, basil and strachatella a la liquid mozzarella analogue! Very spicy. Based on past visits, I can also strongly recommend both risottos - creamy, stringy, made from the right rice, mmm! Thanks to the boss and the staff - keep the bar high!

There is a claim to the hostesses. I booked a table, came to the restaurant (3 people).
The table that was booked was occupied by other guests.
1) the hostess was not in place, the corner was somewhere.
2) when we took off our outerwear, the hostess came up to us in the wardrobe. When asked that our table is occupied, she offered a nearby table that is designed for 2 people.
When I asked how the three of us would be accommodated at a table for two, the hostess replied, "well, somehow we are accommodated."…
To my indignation, the hostess continued to argue with me.
There are no complaints about the restaurant itself, the food, the kitchen, the furnishings, the wrestlerun is typical.

We came to this place by accident. Unexpectedly pleasant interior, expensive materials, designer and architect's work on the face. It's probably a great place to roll in on a Friday night and just hang out at the DR. But unfortunately we were not lucky with the kitchen, all the dishes ordered were interesting in name, but boring in content. Without exaggeration, the best restaurant in Vitebsk. Stylish, nice to be around. There are few tables, there is no crowd. Nice music. Very professional service. Very clean.
If you want to have a quick meal, then this is definitely not the place for you. It takes a really long time to cook here. My steak was made for over an hour, BUT when I tasted it, it was great! I have never tasted a better steak anywhere! The most tender meat, excellent roasting. Thank you so much for such a pleasure.

We visited the institution on May 7. The interior of the restaurant is good, the food is delicious, but the time for serving dishes is just a nightmare. We arrived on a weekend morning with our family at 10:15 and did not bring all the dishes until 11:27, although the order was simple (cheesecakes, buckwheat, eggs and fish), took out cheesecakes and porridge an hour later! And the rest we didn't wait for - we left. Cook eggs for more than an hour ? In the morning? When 2 tables were occupied in the hall. It's not clear. When the waiter reminded us about the order, he offered us a present - cheesecake, but no one said exactly when the dishes would be ready. They left hungry and in no mood. We do not recommend this establishment until the problem with the service and serving dishes without a long wait is definitely solved.

We celebrated my mother's birthday. Everything was fine. The waiter Anna is a professional in her field. A beautiful smile, the right and "delicious" words in the description of dishes, an open hand when serving and simple sincerity that catches. The receptionist is very caring, warned about the step at the exit from the terrace, specified what time to take out the cake and offered a choice of 2 types.
The food is excellent and delicious😍 the cocktail menu is unusual, the choice is large

We visited Vitebsk and this institution on the recommendation of friends.
For the first time in my life, I am writing a review, as I have never experienced such disrespect in similar restaurants. I am the owner of a restaurant and I know exactly what I'm talking about.
The waiting time was 1.5 hours for pasta and risotto. Although it takes less than 30 minutes. When dissatisfaction was first expressed, an hour later, the standard "5 minutes and everything will be fine" was promised. After another 20-25 minutes, I asked for the bill and refused the main dishes.
Judging by the menu and interior, the owner of this establishment understands what he is doing, but I strongly recommend working with the staff.
The waiters and the kitchen should communicate with each other. If the time for serving dishes increases, then the waiters are obliged to know this and warn the guests about it.
Although what can you say if dirty plates from snacks stood on the table for 40 minutes and no one paid attention to it.
The last thing that "finished off" completely!
At the exit, 5 people were sitting on the terrace and eating the same risotto that we ordered. They were sitting in the seats that were offered to us, and accordingly came later than us.
And of course, the dishes that we did not see were included in the bill. Naturally, they deducted it later))
The evening with my wife and daughter was ruined!!!

Sooooooooooo long serve and very disjointed. The five of us had lunch, the gap between serving dishes was 30-40 minutes. I didn't like the pizza - the dough was raw. The restaurant writes "Italian" in the name and therefore the owners are simply obliged to keep an eye on it. For salads, pasta, orzo with beef and steak - credit!
