Good day to everyone.
I'll start right away with the pros, the price for a standard room is 2500 per day, there are breakfasts (delicious) , on the second floor with a balcony, the room is clean, there is no air conditioning, although this is a minus, there is a fan, the staff is cheerful (Bartender Danya and administrator Anastasia are great people) and responsive everyone, pool, sun loungers access to the beach and the road to it takes 3 minutes, the beach is magnificent, there is also food- here we tried everything, I note that the top one is barbecue pizza, I advise everyone who decided to relax, watch the silence after 23, there were a lot of people.
I liked everything☺
We were at the base from August 23 to 26, during the Konaev festival.
Positive: 1. the territory is well maintained, green, a Playground, a recreation area with poufs and hammocks, a swimming pool; 2. a separate respect for the guys in the restaurant - friendly and friendly.
A junior suite room does not pull for that kind of money. It's small, the towels are washed, the shower is on the floor, fenced off by a curtain.
The base positions itself as a “Family recreation center". Upon arrival, a piece of paper is signed with obligations to observe silence after 23 hours and not interfere with the rest of the neighbors. One day, a company with boxes of alcohol and a column was located by the pool. They turned on all the music, mats, screams, laughter - the guys had a good rest, but the rest did not really. The administrator made a remark to them after our complaint, but it didn't last long. Thank God, we left for the festival in the evening. When we returned, an unpleasant surprise awaited us - the guys checked into the room next door, and the holiday continued. It was the 1st hour of the night, my husband asked me not to make noise and, of course, listened to a bunch of obscenities and “don't like it - get out of here.” Of the staff at the base, there was one guard who hung out with them during the day. Of course, he didn't help in any way and said that we could call the district police officer if we wanted.
The car alarm went off in the middle of the night. The same guard happily informed us that another car had hit our car. The driver was drunk and had already left (through the closed gate, yes). The manager (who, according to the guard, had not been there before) could not help in any way. He offered to call the police and arrange an accident. Regarding the noisy company, the manager said that people rest like that and they can't do anything about it.
I think it's not worth writing that no one thought to apologize or somehow smooth over the situation. The only thing is that we took the rest of the deposit for the restaurant, although “it is not accepted.”
In general, I recommend the base to those who want to have a drink - come and turn on the music. swear, shout songs - the administration will not bother you.
For those who want a relaxing holiday, I advise you to stay away from this place.
the territory is nice, green, well maintained, the pools are excellent, clean, the Parking is guarded. We lived in a suite, the room is normal, but the minus is the bed- a sagging mattress, it is not very comfortable. The refrigerator is very small. The beach is nice and sandy. The breakfasts that are included are poor..
Probably this is the problem of all recreation centers that do not want to update. The houses are certainly dead. We lived in a villa, one of the most expensive on the island, compared to suites, junior suites and standards. The walls are covered with poor plastic, flies fly, occasionally mosquitoes, a mouse ran, horror!!! They asked at the reception, they are not specifically killed so that they do not stink in the houses later. They are scared off with a special device with sound. Air conditioners, it feels like they are 100 years old, they can hardly be called air conditioners at all, at night they were cracked, they prevented sleep. The territory is normal, well-groomed, we were not at the pool, we came to swim in the reservoir. There was no proper draft beer at the pool bar. The breakfasts are half-cold, and there is not enough to eat. The best thing is the beach, with which it is the sunset, sand and water. The approach is smooth, long, for children. The sand is soft and pleasant. The water is clean and transparent. The entrance to the beach by car is paid, the trestles are paid, so the cleanliness of the beach is somehow monitored. Although, as for me, it is more convenient for vacationers to put umbrellas and sun beds. I conclude that nothing will change in the recreation centers on Kapchegai, everything is fine with them anyway, people go, carry money, live in any conditions and do not complain!!!
The recreation area made a great impression! The pool was clean and well maintained, which made swimming a real pleasure. The food also pleased with its quality and taste - a variety of dishes were prepared at the highest level. Overall, the stay was excellent and left only positive emotions!
There is no Wi-Fi distribution on the territory, junior suites are cramped for 2 people and a child of 8 years old , but they gave a pillow without problems , the food is delicious and fresh from the shore is not far away, but prices are above average for kachagai norms in principle, they were luxury rooms much better but from 54,000 tenge
A great place to relax, polite and kind staff, the food is very tasty, the rooms are clean, I really liked the beach, I advise everyone to go there on vacation
The rooms are small and quite cozy. A good show program. A cheerful and non-stressful atmosphere. A clean swimming pool. Lots of sun loungers. Secure parking. Delicious food.
In the general shower there is only cold water. The exit is not immediately to the beach, you have to go (not the first line). The entry price is too high in my opinion. The cost of living is also too high. The beach itself is clean, there are no complaints.
The territory is well landscaped. The houses are normal, only suites and villas. The kitchen is generally normal. The breakfasts are weak, it was possible to make a buffet. There are no accessories in the rooms.
From the good - there are two-room rooms, in general it is quite pleasant on the territory.
Of the cons, it is very noisy: loud music all day and until midnight, the road, the railway, there is no beach with sun loungers, there is a beach area nearby for cars; the question is about the speed of staff and cleanliness, you can try better for the cost of such an order. In general, for a noisy young company, it's OK if you keep getting drunk all the time.
Parking is paid, in addition to the entrance per person, another 2000 was paid for parking. You also need to pay extra for a cot on the beach, even if you have already paid for the entrance to the zone.
The way to the beach leaves much to be desired, as well as breakfast. And the rest is not bad, good territory, cozy. There are not enough clothes dryers in the villas.
The territory is done very well and atmosferno, there are light bulbs all around and everything is well maintained, on Saturday the program with live music pleased, but the rooms are very sad, from the inside like barracks... The cafes are good, pizza, burgers, I advise you to add chicken dishes, there was only chicken curry, but this is for an amateur.
We lived with our family in a luxury apartment for 50,000 tenge.
To say that you are shocked is to say nothing!
To begin with, the room was absolutely not cleaned upon check-in. Dust, crumbs on the table, a dirty toilet, and the cherry on the cake is
a plate of leftovers in the refrigerator.
There are no dishes in the room at all (there is nothing to drink from). I'm already silent about the lack of tea/coffee, drinking water, soap accessories. It is impossible to sleep on a mattress - the springs bulge so much that on the third night you sleep through the pain. There is no mattress pad.
For 4 days, the light was turned off 2 times for a long time, there were also constant interruptions with water - there is no water at all, then there is no hot, then there is no pressure, sorry, but I had to put water in a bottle to wash off traces of vital activity, because the toilet tank with such a water pressure was collected for 2 hours.
WiFi is only available at the reception. "But the mobile Internet catches well," they submitted as a privilege.
Flies are everywhere and there are a lot of them. In the cafe, in the room, on the veranda. There is no place where you can comfortably eat. The tables in the cafe are wobbly, the upholstery of the chairs is dirty. One day, during dinner on the veranda, the staff decided to wash the tiles with a kercher 5 meters away from us.
Breakfast is included. Every day is the same: salted or unleavened porridge (rice or semolina), 1 egg, 1/4 sausage, 1/4 cucumber and 1/4 tomato, a piece of bread, freeze-dried watery coffee. It's a disgrace!
The food in the cafe is mostly fast food, the brazier only visits them on weekends, the rest of the time they ate nuggets and fries. Room service (it's about 100 meters) it costs 2000 tenge, which we were not warned about at all. They charge 10% for the service in the cafe. We took takeaway food from them - 10%. We bought 2 cans of beer at the bar - 10% if you please. The dishes in the cafe are clean every other time.
From the good - a good pool, the territory is green, well-groomed (the gardener is the only one of the staff who puts his soul into his work). The "real beach" is cool, especially for kids (but it's public, it's not their merit, they just successfully perched).
We booked for 6 days, we survived 4 only because we liked the beach. The money was returned to us in 2 days, asking "is this because of the blackout?")))) Everyone with whom the guests communicated was outraged and planned to move out earlier than planned.
The owners of this place decided to spend 50,000 a day for this piggishness, because there are no alternatives near the "real beach". They lure you with a beautiful picture on Instagram, they count on fluidity, because anyone, even a very unassuming person, will never return there.
The rooms are not worth the money they rent them for. The water from the shower in the room does not flow where it should flow - and this is a suite. The water in the pool is something - it's not water, but chlorine diluted with water. Irritation in children and adults is guaranteed. I don't advise anyone. Also, the substation could not stand it and the whole night was without light, air conditioning, refrigerator, etc. People stayed for a few days, and their food disappeared. Horror. Mosquitoes and flies. It's a long way to the beach.
It's a great place. We have been vacationing here since 2020. We visit several times during the summer. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly. The reading room is a swimming pool. Good cuisine. Starting in 2022, there is a disco every weekend. One disadvantage is the evil mosquitoes. But they promised to spend it.
An oasis in the middle of the desert.
Positive:
+ Well-groomed, green area, where everything is thought out;
+ Most of the staff are great guys. Friendly, positive and in a hurry to help (Hello Olga, Larisa and Maga!)
+ The sauna by the pool is just top!
+ Comfortable rooms. The four of us had a rest in a suite and a villa. And if the suite turned out to be too small for us, then the villa is worth the money. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Its courtyard with a terrace, lawn, garden and a view of Kapchagai left us delighted!
+ There is a nice sandy beach nearby.
Minuses:
- Kitchen and cook. The prices in the restaurant are above average. The cook cooks poorly and is rude
We have been vacationing here for 4 years now
There's a real problem with the restaurant((((
But in general, we like it here, the pool is cleaned every morning, the rooms are cozy, the territory is green and well maintained. We recommend
Eugene (villa)
Unexpectedly, a "non-standard" option for a captcha. The room level is quite high and varied. Nice clean area. Paid barbecue area. A draught store. Nice pool, but no private beach. Access to the beach of the "real beach", where there are lots of cars and vacationers.
There is no Internet, there are a lot of flies in the restaurant, the cooking is bad. The room is stuffy, there are a lot of mosquitoes.
Upon check-in, they require a deposit for food, which no one warned about. The staff, at the same time, is friendly and humane. Mixed feelings.
The rooms stink terribly of the toilet, it looks more like a cheap flophouse, the cafe also leaves much to be desired, the service is 2 points. The territory is a solid three.
I do not advise it, it is very dirty, the pool is also dirty, the service and food are also poor, visitors should be quarantined in open spaces, and the rental price is too high, only the beach is good, though you need to go to it, especially in the heat 😰
A new excellent ZO for.... In general, it's a bit expensive for one family. There is a Living Room Courtyard nearby, much cheaper. The beach is shared anyway.
