I've been going to Dolce Vita for a long time, since the days when it was only on Akhunbayev. I've always liked the food, the service, and the atmosphere, but this Toktogul branch is a huge disappointment! I was there on January 6, 2024. We ordered a salad "Jiko" and asked not to fill it with mayonnaise, but to fill it with oil. As a result, they brought a salad with nothing at all, the main ingredient of which was boiled potatoes. Judging by the menu, it was a different salad altogether - "Gee Gee". We ordered a La Tonda pizza. Most likely, the cook has changed or decided to save on artichokes and gorgonzola! But most of all I finished off the dessert - tiramisu! Two pieces of sponge cake or two livers floating in some kind of sauce! Didn't have time to freeze it because there are too many customers? Is the refrigerator broken? A nightmare! I've been going to Dolce Vita for ten years, I haven't tried this tiramisu yet. Don't set foot in this place anymore. By the way, they don't have a sign. Maybe it's not a Dolce Vita anymore? Judging by the kitchen, it's quite possible!
