Great hotel. We had a rest from November 13 to November 20, 2024.
The best hotel near Benaulim beach. Cosy. Clean, beautifully maintained territory, 2 swimming pools. There is a lot of greenery, the trees are neatly trimmed.
The staff is polite. There were always fruits and freshly squeezed juice, 4 types of hot, and an omelet at breakfast. Delicious.
But it is strange that there have never been vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes), greens.
We met on the beach with a local Misha ("the same Misha").
Cool guy!
He organizes private excursions.
We went with him to the waterfall and sea fishing.
Our company of 6 people were delighted. Misha is honest and decent.
Everything was as promised and even more...
to be honest, we did not expect it.
Most importantly, we always arrived first, without queues and crowds of people.
At the end of the tour, there is always a nice bonus from Misha (fruits or sweets).
We actually caught a fish on a fishing trip.
On the island, we had a very tasty lunch of Barracuda fish and shrimp in sauce with side dish and salad. Sooooo delicious! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were offered free of charge.
We were alone on the island.
Heavenly places!
We recommend it wholeheartedly.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room service is excellent, there are no questions about it at all. Nice pool. Nice, well-maintained territory. However, there are questions for the staff regarding communication. There are many Russians and Europeans in the hotel, but the waiters do not speak English and do not even know simple words. When ordering, they don't understand what you're asking for and can't explain about the dish. You take one, they bring another. We tried to eat at the hotel 2 times after long excursions. I don't pretend to have a super good level of English, but only at the hotel there were problems understanding what you were being told and what you wanted from them. For a second, any cafe and shek - all the waiters understand even in Russian. Honestly, it wasn't just because of that.

Great hotel! Large territory, lots of greenery. The breakfasts are quite good. Juices, tea, coffee. The "fruits" were bananas, pineapple, papaya, watermelon. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes, or you can take a truck (once an hour, according to the schedule). It's the same from the beach.
The staff is very friendly. Any reasonable request is fulfilled quickly.
I really liked the restaurant's cuisine. Everything is deliciously cooked, without excessive spiciness.
In general, I liked everything.

This is the kind of hotel that you want to return to more than once. Cozy room, fast Internet,good air conditioning, always hot water, they are cleaned perfectly. The breakfasts were excellent, there was always porridge, yogurt, 2 types of vegetables, 2 types of fruits, scrambled eggs. That was enough for us! The area is surrounded by greenery, palm trees and flowers. The security guard gives out their sun beds on the beach and towels at the reception. We will return to this beautiful place soon. 🌿

A decent and clean hotel. Surprisingly, the restaurant serves delicious food, without the frills of spices, in a European way. Friendly staff, always ready to help, it's a little far from the sea, but there is a shuttle service, it's about a 14-minute walk to the nearest one.

A large hotel in Benaulim. The breakfasts are good, the food is close to European cuisine. If necessary, you can have dinner at the hotel.
Water bottles are left in the room.
Cleaning at the hotel (if you leave the key at the reception)- it's like everywhere else in India. After we had a
fight, we changed the dirty laundry (it was
at check-in).
The air conditioner wasn't used-it rattled like a jet plane.
The sockets are also wonderful.🤣-the hair dryer only worked from the socket by the bed..
It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach, if you are too lazy to walk, then a truck drives from the hotel to the beach 1 time per hour

Very nice apartment. We got a room with two rooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. However, it is far from the reception, so the Internet worked poorly, but it was spacious. The room is clean, there is a refrigerator, a kettle, water, a hairdryer, blankets were brought at the first request. There's a lot of fruit for breakfast, I got to the papaya and probably ate all the week's supplies🙂 There is a shuttle service to the beach from the hotel once an hour, but in principle, you can walk in 10 minutes. There are many cafes and a pedestrian street with shops nearby. We liked everything.

We rested at the hotel from 18 to 02.12.23. There are no complaints at all. The staff of the hotel works efficiently and harmoniously, all employees are great fellows. The hotel is solid and well-deserved 4 stars. Room 304 in the main building. The food is always delicious, but do not book a tour with dinner, because in this case the dishes are delicious, but the same, you will get bored and it will be cheaper and more diverse in shakes and cafes. You can simply order dinner at the hotel, if necessary, the menu will be much more interesting. Choose a shake on the beach with stripes in the form of crab sticks, they cook delicious and clean. The employee of this cafe : Jimi is a very pleasant person and a professional. Be sure to do a massage at the hotel, it is more expensive and not as high-quality on the street. The massage therapist at the hotel is from God. Thank you very much to all the staff of the hotel for being able to organize our vacation so perfectly. I have something to compare the service with, but it was in this country that I left a piece of my heart.

I liked the hotel, the rooms are large, the territory is well maintained, the pool is clean, the hotel staff are friendly and attentive, the kitchen is good.
A slight inconvenience for some is the distance to the beach (10-15 minutes), as well as to the shops. The road is paved, so you can walk in any weather.
I liked Benaulim beach, as well as the neighboring ones, clean and wide, the entrance to the sea is comfortable.

I liked the hotel. It was clean, cozy, almost quiet, since our room was located directly above the bar, in the evenings the music interfered, but it was turned off by about 11. The food is delicious, the staff is kind. We had a check-in incident, we were somehow booked a family room with an outsider couple. But after explanations (there were tears), we were given a normal double room.

At the same time, bed linen and towels are changed, and a bottle of water is placed on a person. But you can ask for water every day, they bring it. Upon request, an iron, a hairdryer, and a safe are brought to the room. The breakfasts are monotonous, but it is quite possible to get full. They only check in for 2 hours, we arrived early, so we left our suitcase at the hotel and went to the beach. The beach itself is 700 meters away, once an hour from the hotel there is a car, tuk-tuk, but also not far on foot. Once there would be an evening of live music, a Hindu would sing Indian, Russian, and English songs. I recommend the hotel.

A wonderful hotel for its stars. The whole area is surrounded by greenery, clean territory. The rooms are also clean and tidy. The breakfasts are normal, the chefs are trying their best.good location. Near the market, supermarket. There is a shuttle service to the beach, but also not far on foot. I highly recommend it.

We rested at the hotel from 07.04 to 04/20/2024. The hotel is specific, suitable only for unassuming tourists, has its own characteristics, namely: modest breakfasts, lack of animation, no party places. As an advantage, I can note - a calm, quiet place, 10 minutes walk to the beach (a shuttle runs every hour), the beach is gorgeous, almost only for hotel guests, sun beds are free in sheki, you can also have a delicious and inexpensive meal there. The presence of a trader and a large number of local people is also a plus. The hotel itself has a small but cozy territory, everything is clean and beautiful. The staff is unobtrusive, everything is on request: if you want to clean the room and change the linen, leave the keys at the reception before 12.00; if you need water, contact the staff, etc.

The room was large, two rooms, two balconies, a kitchen. There is a swimming pool. Breakfast is free (omelette, fruit, sometimes porridge, the rest of the dishes are Indian with pepper). The territory is all in greenery, there is a fountain. There is no hot water, only warm and then not always. The staff knows very little Russian. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but a free truck drives twice an hour. If you leave food on the table in the kitchen, ants immediately appear. The beach is nice, clean, we had lunch in the necks on the beach (we didn't get poisoned). There was no entertainment at the hotel

The territory is surrounded by greenery, the villas and hotel buildings are in colonial style, very beautiful, 2 small pools, cleaned regularly, the water is also updated every day.
the staff is generally friendly, but they tortured us with beach towels, as it turned out, they can not be taken out of the territory and taken to the beach. We had a bit of a fight and they still let us. Well, if you are so afraid that the towels will be lost, give out some tokens or write them down and the issue will be closed once and for all.
Number: we were accommodated across the street from the main territory, the room is spacious. The furniture is almost all new, except for the sofa, a large refrigerator, a kitchen, a large glass table, new plumbing, there are minor flaws, but they did not affect the overall quality, we could have asked to eliminate, but we scored. The air conditioner and two fans were working fine. Cleaning is on request, provided that you hand over the key before 12:00. The breakfasts are modest, there is no normal coffee, only instant disgusting nescafe.
The beach in this area is the best.

We have been to this hotel for the third time. The last visit was really upsetting.
Breakfast at the hotel is not great. There are no pancakes and pancakes, no porridge, unsweetened flakes, scrambled eggs, fried beans, pineapples, arbuses, papaya, bread, butter, jam and ... everything. Nothing else. You can ask for fried eggs. My child would have balls out of his ears if he didn't have his own kitchen. There is really nothing to eat. No buns, no waffles, no pancakes, jam is only 1 kind, there is no chocolate paste. In this hotel, you just need to wish for improvement. Breakfasts have become very poor, they have brought everything to nothing. Previously, there were at least different types of eggs, now they are only boiled hard. There is no cheese and sausage, it used to be. For 10 days of the tour, the eggs were already right across the throat.
I was also upset by the pool, which was very dirty this time, we did not dare to swim in it.
And in general, a very good hotel for a family holiday.
The disadvantages of the main building, where the standard rooms are located. Reception on the 1st floor, an eternal whirl with tourists coming and going, day and night. Music in the restaurant for breakfast, loud TV, 2 times a week live music for a couple of hours, then a collection (not only chanson, quite a variety). The restaurant's kitchen is also on the 1st floor, next to the reception. Residents of this building complained about the presence of all sorts of bugs and cockroaches. Although I have seen more than once how the staff treats rooms with chemicals from insects.
We lived in an apartment - it's a whole apartment. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. There is no stove in the kitchen at first. You need to call the reception and ask for her. They bring a tile, 2 pans and a small ladle. The tile for 1 piece is small, but very powerful and fast. There is a lot of furniture in the rooms, there is an interior design, the furniture is not ancient. The middle is clean, it's not worth looking into the far corners. There are no animals in the apartment, except for small ants in the kitchen. If you leave unwashed dishes or do not wipe them off the table, a lot of them come for 1 crumb. I must say out of nowhere. And they go there as soon as you put everything away. Keep clean and tidy and you will be happy to have a kitchen in the room. This way it is easier to feed the children. Our daughter doesn't eat well at home, but at resorts this is generally a huge problem for us. But this time everything went as well as possible. Cooking pasta or frying potatoes, making soup or frying fish was not a particular problem, the tile is actually fast and the child is fed! The refrigerator for food is large, the freezer is normal.
I liked everything about the evening restaurant. There are a lot of people serving, there is a full boarding in the restaurant almost every day. They cook quickly. After ordering, everything is brought within 30-40 minutes, the portions are very large. Everything is delicious, except some kind of potatoes with bamboo. The restaurant is very fast and pretty clean by Indian standards.
The beach is nearby. There is a scheduled transfer, a schedule at the reception and at the driver's cabin. But even here there is a deterioration, the driver sometimes scores on the schedule. I didn't pick up from the beach on schedule several times. This has never happened before.
But it's not far from the sea on foot, a very leisurely 7-10 minutes walk. Closer to the sea, the aroma is fishy, where the locals dry the fish directly in the sun (by the way, it is very tasty, 10 pcs of 100rupes with beer is excellent) and it naturally exudes a smell. It can't be helped, the local flavor. But you don't feel it on the beach, and neither does the hotel.
There are many shops and tents nearby.

Cleaning is daily, without fanaticism, but generally normal. Towels are changed daily. A decent clean pool, towels are provided for relaxing by the pool. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, every hour there is a "bus" to the beach and back.

There is only a hotel in the nearest Shakes, it's dirty, if you eat, go on Rodger's, little tiger or something like that (15 minutes along the beach). For those who choose: look at other options! The road to the beach is hell. She passes through a fishing village, the stench is terrible, the fish lies rotting right along the road, and so on. Well, it's very dirty!
Among the advantages: the rooms are large, you leave the keys and cleaning every day, 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk powder and shampoo.
