We came by a flyer from the guide, for lunch.
We had a large company of 8 people, ordered one dish and cold drinks each.
The waiter was polite and tried his best, which cannot be said about the kitchen, the cook and the administrator.
1. Caesar salad was with "rotten" shrimps, the smell was felt by everyone at the table, except the receptionist, who said that nothing smells (maybe you should have asked her to eat it). Then they replaced it with caesar with chicken.
2. The chicken soup was too salty, I don't know if they cooked it again or just diluted it, but they exchanged it with a dissatisfied look.
Again, there are no questions about the service, but there are a lot of questions about the quality of food and cooking time.
I don't recommend this place.
According to the guide who handed over the flyer, the owners of this cafe are Ukrainians, and perhaps these dirty tricks were on purpose.
We were tourists in Brest in the summer. In the evening, walking around the city, we went to sit with our family in this "cafe". I rarely leave below-average reviews, but here I probably have to.
The service is long and in general it feels like everyone doesn't care about you, big greetings to the employee Olga. It feels like they recruited seasonal workers to patch up the holes with a large flow of customers. This was seen only in Vilnius, but it is extremely rare in Belarusian establishments of this type.
The food (we ordered pancakes with sponge, caesar, skoblyanka) is "neither this nor that": cold, dry, hastily. But externally, the atmosphere and location of the institution were promising.
This dinner almost ruined the impression of the trip, fortunately the situation was better in the other 2 cafes.
I wish you to correct the situation at least to the average quality of food and service.
I will definitely give you a second chance when I am in Brest again. But so far it's not good at all!
We waited a long time for the order. They warned that the wait would be 40 minutes, as a result, they waited for more than an hour. Dishes are brought at the same time. The difference was 30 minutes. There was not the required number of devices. Among the advantages: the dishes are warm, delicious, and beautifully decorated.
Oh, I wish I could go back in time... Sorry for the money and time spent. Pancakes soaked in oil like a sponge, the taste of potatoes is not even recognizable.
It is extremely expensive. We waited a long time. They forgot to bring one dish. The interior is meaningless: Belarusian cuisine combined with sofas in American Art Nouveau, walls of Bavarian houses, accessories of Provence... not the level of a cafe in the city center, but a diner on the highway. Poor ventilation - all the clothes smelled of food. The table was cleared before the guests left. Alas (we chose the cafe after reading the positive reviews, and we were so wrong!

We came here in the evening to have a beer, because before that we had already eaten elsewhere. We lived in the next house, we didn't want to go far, the choice fell on this cafe. We sat on the veranda, ordered a beer and decided to take more cheese balls. They are called something else in the menu, I can't remember now. I love cheese sticks, cheese balls and everything related to cheese. Wherever I tried them, they never brought such horror. They are all wet, collapsed, soaked through with oil so much that it is difficult to feel the taste of cheese. This snack is deep-fried and should have a crispy crust, dear chefs! And they brought an incomprehensible mess. We have been in Belarus for a week, this is the worst of all establishments. If it wasn't for the desire to drink beer near the house, sit on the veranda, I would never have come here. But anyway, I didn't expect it to be that bad. The mood was high, I didn't want to swear and fight about some cheese balls. And the waiter didn't bother to ask if we liked everything.
In general, the cafe is dirty, the menu is battered, battered, the waiters are detached. I do not recommend it. There are a lot of alternative places where it will be hundreds of times more cozy and delicious.
We stopped by their place on Friday, hungry as hell, the time was on the clock around 22.15. The price tag on the menu is above average, dishes of Belarusian and European cuisine. We ordered draniki and pozharsky cutlets with mushroom sauce with potato slices, beer, cognac and juice. The order was delivered in 50 minutes.... 50!!! The menu says up to 30. There were people, but not crowded. The establishment is open until 12..... Everything is very, very slow... But the cook is 5+! Delicious!
The beer was most likely diluted, although it was not taken from a low price category, I will keep silent about cognac in general. Summarizing: the food is very tasty, the service is slow, alcohol leaves much to be desired, if you take an order an hour and a half before closing and there is not a cup of coffee, but a full dinner, then warn about the closing time and the speed of serving dishes. Just because of the delicious dishes, I would like to give this cafe another chance)
The food was delicious, national, we came to try something traditional. There were a lot of guests and the waiter mixed up the orders. But overall we liked it.
The food is really delicious.
But the advantages end there.
They cook for a long time, the room is small, the staff is not interested in visiting at all. You can get your table only "in battle")
But if you book in advance and take your time, then it's quite okay.
Good location. I came to lunch, ordered soup and pasta. It was cooked delicious, the pasta was especially liked, cheese and meat were not spared. The dishes are beautifully decorated. It's just a pity that the soup plate is shallow, a small portion of soup turns out. There are no questions for the staff, they work well. The waiting time was not long. Do I recommend visiting this place, my answer is YES.
We went to eat with the family… How can you ruin a noodle soup? It feels like they've been diluted with water and warmed up, plus there's not enough salt in all the dishes. They asked for salt - they gave an empty salt shaker))) It's tinny. Caesar. - a separate song, dead iceberg leaves, sauce about nothing. Borscht is the only thing that is edible, but still not tasty.
Staff from the yard. What kind of institution hires tattooed and pierced people? It's your face. Despite the fact that everything is positioned as a national cuisine. You can only sit outside
The food is simply tasteless.Even the "Caesar" managed to spoil by using stale lettuce leaves.Noodles taste like water with pasta, compote is insanely sour, pasta with al pesto is tasteless. The price and quality of the dishes are absolutely not consistent. If you want to eat delicious food, you should not come here.
It's a so-so establishment. The menu is quite expensive when comparing price and quality. We came together, ordered pancakes with mushrooms and pozharsky cutlets. The waiter, having asked whether to serve the dishes together and received an affirmative answer, brought the pancakes after 30 minutes and a cutlet with a side dish after another 30 minutes. If you can't serve together, then why ask a stupid question. We planned to eat in a little over an hour, but we sat for almost two hours. Of the desserts available from the entire menu, there are two names, we would warn you right away. The coffee is not delicious at all. It's time for cafe owners to visit competitors to get a positive experience.
It is located, as I understand it, in the center of Brest. A small restaurant, the food was served quickly, we took a dish of beef with grilled vegetables-very tasty.
To be honest, I expected much more from the Belarusian cuisine restaurant. The portions are small, the prices are overpriced, the dishes are cooked for a long time, the waiters are slow.
Plus some drunk barker at the entrance. Although, maybe it was just a lefty guy)
If you are sitting on the terrace, then do not expect the waiters to notice you quickly. In general, there is something to work on)
We waited for the order for more than an hour. The potatoes and cutlets were dry, it is necessary to add sauce unambiguously. As for the payment, I don't understand why you should ask "in what way" if they still don't listen. There were many items missing from the menu. The waiters speak very quietly. One order item was taken away to other customers who came later. It is better to choose another institution
Food is good, especially draniki and kholodnik. But it's not on the menu in the fall. The staff is responsive, the order is delivered quickly. The prices are adequate for the city center.
The prices are a little too high.
Keep an eye on the alcohol card. I ordered tequila gold, in the bill for 2.5 rubles (Belarusian) is more expensive.
In general, it is well cooked, but the deception with prices has smeared everything.
We were fed lunch with a guided tour, we took 180 Belarusian rubles from 4 people. There was a feeling of not understanding why.. Despite the fact that the menu shows prices for the complex in the region of 9 rubles
We went to this place for lunch.
The impression is disgusting.
When accepting the order, we were asked to divide our orders into two checks, which in the end was not done. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired. The shrimp in caesar were clearly not fresh. Over-salted Chicken soup and borscht. The beers listed on the menu were missing. They offered some kind of gibberish (we assume that they served it without alcohol)
The staff is not friendly. We were not escorted to the table, every time when taking orders, serving dishes and calculating, new waiters approached us. They do not advise anything, they are clearly not friendly. After the opening of this institution, we got acquainted with the reviews and subscribe to each negative one. Maybe they just didn't want to serve the Russians. Check out the reviews and refrain from visiting this institution. The prices presented do not correspond to this institution (very expensive for such quality and service)
By the way, the entourage is also a fire 😁
The food is delicious, in general. The overall impression is positive from the cafe.
It is better to book tables in advance on Friday and on weekends. We booked a table for Friday, managed to grab the last table. The full landing was in the evening.
They served quickly enough, and all the dishes were brought when ready. The menu is varied, there is plenty to choose from. I was pleased with the range of drinks. In addition to beer, there is wine, spirits, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, tea, coffee. The prices are average.
There is a summer porch, Wi-Fi.
Of the poles of this institution, only the location and staff. But there are a lot of questions about food. At quite the Minsk prices - pancakes from frozen semi-finished products?! Are you serious? Tomatoes in caprese are tasteless and odorless. The juice is "Juicy" diluted with water. The herring is just "Mathias" from the package. Everything that was eaten was cooked "for show". There are a lot of establishments nearby, what are you going to compete with? This would be relevant if the prices were appropriate. I won't come back.
The cafe was chosen for visiting for rating reasons. We were sooo disappointed... The waiters did not approach for a long time, they served chaotically relative to those who came earlier or later. But the cherry on the cake was running across our table!!!! Cockroach... A portion of the food from the order was already eaten ((. The waitress was called and a remark was made, to which there was a violent negative reaction on her part like,, and what's the big deal, they all have ..." No apologies, no n@syaru (I apologize for the attack ...). They asked for the bill. As a result, the staff whispered and brought the bill, where they punched only what they had eaten... there was no apology, I had the audacity, in principle, to bring the bill, I think, which was paid by me...
The food is mediocre. The staff is not coping. The table was ordered in advance. We waited for the waiter for about 15 minutes, until I went to get him myself. Apparently there are not enough dishes: 2 cups for tea were brought for five people, three more cups were brought 20 minutes later, until they were asked twice. The organization of the service leaves much to be desired. The interior is nothing like that. A nice outdoor veranda, but in the warmer months.
I can't say anything about the quality of the dishes, but the level of customer service leaves much to be desired. The waiters are not cultured, not friendly, and respond rudely. Tables are poorly wiped after customers, dirty.
I put two points so that the founders would definitely pay attention and draw the appropriate conclusions for themselves, a company of 12 people sat on the summer veranda, while there were many empty tables in the institution itself, and people were denied boarding at the entrance, they say, an hour and a half delay in the kitchen. Although there were two tables in reserve on the summer veranda, that is, they were dusty. To surprise the kitchen with something, no, the same pancakes, the same okroshka, and initially they asked what would be cooked quickly. I had to wait anyway.
Great cafe!!! It is open from 9 a.m. and is always served quickly. Always fresh and very tasty dishes, the prices are average. You can pay with a Mir card. I highly recommend it.
Good afternoon. On expectation: we waited for food for an hour. By food: the food is semi-finished, the potatoes are dry, it is impossible to eat. The waiters were not taught how to work... they managed to put a spoon in the beer🫣bad impressions, a scoop…
