It 's just that everything is " out of place" , except for the location and the view from the window and the room itself . In short, it's a nice apartment, but I can't call it a 5* hotel. Misunderstanding😉

A very nice stylish hotel with a history and classic Swiss traditions: a wonderful restaurant and bar. The location is perfect: on the shore of the lake with a great view
