The women's holiday was ruined. I will not have any more business with the rented office, and I do not advise others.

In fact, the photos on the site do not correspond in any way to what they can bring you (I attached the photo), the promised photo before sending, which is also written on the site, naturally was not. A bouquet was brought, the packaging was not even fixed with an elementary stapler, everything fell apart right in the hands of the courier, who himself said during the transfer, "I do not know if it should be like this, but they gave it away." I wrote to the telegram chatbot, they first said that the bouquet goes without packaging at all and it is wrapped and fixed in paper that could move out, but there is no question of any fixation, it was just a sheet of wrapping paper folded a couple of times. Therefore, the question is, why mislead customers with those photos that are presented in your accounts, when in fact you will not bring me what I see, there is no mention anywhere that the photo is illustrative, why come up with some ridiculous excuses in a telegram, instead of just calling and bringing Your apologies? Well, yes, it is easier to send a template in a telegram to the customer's dissatisfaction and let him "drink water".
If you think that there is some kind of fiction in the photo, if you never know who from the company's management wants to contact, etc., I can send a video from the cameras, it shows in what form the order was delivered by your courier.
And judging by the comments, this situation is normal for you and you are not making any conclusions.
