The restaurant has a great location, in the very center of the city. I was pleased with the polite, courteous communication, where your desires are anticipated. All the staff is extremely nice and helpful, here you will not hear rudeness and will not encounter ridiculous situations caused by improper communication. The restaurant also has a beautiful and interesting interior.
However, the food in the restaurant is not very exciting. I ordered three dishes, including beef tartare, salmon and avocado salad and seafood pasta in cream sauce. The tartar lacked taste , it was rather bland , although it was made from good ingredients. Of the three dishes, the salad turned out to be the most successful, but it could have been stolen better. The salad looks just like a bunch of fancy cabbage, all the most beautiful ingredients, salmon and avocado at the bottom. It's delicious, but it doesn't look appetizing. The pasta turned out to be terribly salty. Although, the seafood in the pasta was fresh and well cooked. In the end, I was pleased with the Pavlova dessert , which I got as a compliment, since we were celebrating a birthday. Dessert is beyond praise! This can be safely recommended. The general conclusion is that this is a pleasant restaurant with good service, but with very inflated prices for dishes that are not brought to perfect taste. It is difficult to definitely recommend this restaurant .

We decided to stop by for lunch based on the recommendations from the reviews. The cozy atmosphere and calm music provide everything for a pleasant stay.

When coming to Gomel, we try to visit this restaurant. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, the design is cool, the waiters and administrators are polite and attentive. Masterpiece desserts!
If there was a tenner, I'd put it on.
Definitely worth coming in and eating. Book in advance on weekends.

I've been there a few times. It can definitely be recommended to visit.This is a high-level institution. It will not be noisy and crowded, as the menu prices are 30% higher than the standard ones in the city. Better or tastier by the same amount- NO. But in the aggregate of all factors, a confident YES. Overpayment for comfort (sparsely populated, fast food delivery, cleanliness around). And again, seafood is not fresh everywhere!, but here in the aquarium. Even the coffee is delicious.

But a very unpleasant situation occurred: I ordered a steak from the lunch menu (after the words of the waiter, "We still have a lunch menu") worth 16 rubles, calling it " Pork steak " as prescribed in the menu. The waiter specified the degree of roasting and served it with or without a bone, but did NOT specify the name of the steak. The steak was brought, it turned out to be very tasty, after we asked for the bill and the cost of the steak was 98p. There was only one steak on the menu with the name PORK STEAK, we did not specify its cost, we decided that 16p was for 50 \ 100 grams. Already at home, we looked at the menu on the website and saw that they brought us another pork steak from the main menu - RIB EYE STEAK. Calling the restaurant for clarification, we were told that there had been a misunderstanding, they offered a discount on the next order, we were passing through the city, so I can't say when we will be back at this institution. I've always loved visiting La Salute.
This time, we made an order a few weeks in advance and reported all food allergies and promised to do everything for me without lactose and gluten. Of the 4 dishes, there was only one without lactose. Bread was served with butter for me, and they did not try to replace it with something, since I did not know that it was creamy and believed that it was prepared for me taking into account allergies, I tried it with all the consequences that came out for me, grilled seafood was served with lactose dressing and it was not replaced for me either and brought, but They warned me here. And the cherry on the cake was grilled vegetables, which were brought with cheese and offered to simply remove it, when I refused, they offered to bring a compliment, but the mood was finally spoiled.
Of course, the waiter apologized for not following up… It seems to me that the management needs to explain to the staff what allergies, food intolerance are and what consequences, up to fatal outcomes, can be and that this should be taken seriously. If you promise, you need to fulfill and monitor the order, given that it was made in three weeks.
Except for the allergy moment, everything else is at a good level.

I will say it absolutely seriously - this is the best restaurant in Belarus today. The quality of food and service is 10 out of 10! Nikolai, the waiter, turned an ordinary dinner into just some kind of holiday. Everyone is delighted, our foreign guests, even the child. The forbidden fruit is just love. In general, I highly recommend this place. It's a pity that we didn't have enough cash for tips. But it's a reason to visit this place again.
The fillet is simply gorgeous, the best filet mignon that I have eaten in Belarus. The presentation of some dishes was especially impressive, I recommend it.

A good restaurant for Gomel, but there are a number of questions:
The menu does not correspond to modern Belarusian cuisine (octopus and shrimp are definitely not from Braslav or Naroch lakes)
There is a limited selection of cocktails on the menu. As the waiter replied, "We position ourselves as a wine restaurant," but if guests often ask for certain cocktails, it may be worth thinking about and introducing them to the menu or buying alcohol in the bar so that they can be prepared.
There is Louis XXIII cognac on the menu, but there is no Campari to make Negroni…
The kitchen is good, the service is excellent.

The level that the establishment positions does not correspond to such work of the waiters ... the food itself is at the level, it is definitely delicious. Only in most hot dishes, potatoes with chanterelles are automatically added to the side dish. Unfortunately, there are no original cocktails either. 28.08 we decided to have breakfast with my sister in a restaurant. We waited a long time for the waiter and when we ourselves made a request, then after 2 minutes they sent him to us.
The waiter took the order, warning that our dish would be cooked for 15 minutes. We also ordered coffee.
After almost an hour, periodically asking the waiter where the order was, we sat at the table, looking at the empty glasses and the pleasant interior of the restaurant. They left without waiting for our dishes or even coffee after 45 (!) minutes. I recommend that the staff find out the real situation in the kitchen so as not to mislead guests. I will not recommend this place.
