We rested from 6.11. to 15.11. From the very first glance, the height of the hotel struck, the second shock - we were accommodated on the 44th floor. The room is standard for 4-star hotels, very comfortable, without complaints. Cleaning every day. The staff impresses with their cordiality and culture of communication. Starting with the security girl at the entrance, the parking guys and the porters. The reception staff are professionals. The kitchen, the restaurant are a special delight! We only had breakfast included - it's just gorgeous! The choice of dishes is huge and for every taste. Waitress girls are smart, especially Zin, or Zina, as we called her. Since the pool and the restaurant are on the same floor, it's damn cool in the morning, after swimming 200 meters, to go into the coolness of the restaurant for breakfast.
The bus works very conveniently. We chose this mode - in the morning we go to the beach by bus, return to the hotel, relax, and after lunch we take it to the nearest metro station.
The only thing to note is a very cramped grocery store, products without a price tag (surprise at the checkout), and constant jostling at the checkout. But it's kind of separate from the hotel, although in the same building. This does not spoil the impression of the hotel. We decided to come back to this hotel with pleasure. Thank you all very much.

In general, I liked everything, a good hotel. The breakfasts are normal, you will not stay hungry. There is a nice swimming pool, there is a restaurant inside the hotel and downstairs on the ground floor there is a restaurant with Russian-speaking staff and a Russian hookah. There is not enough normal transfer to the sea, it was once a day at an inconvenient time for us, also keep in mind that they do not congratulate on a birthday here, this is now the concept of the hotel, it surprised us.

From 12.11.24 to 19.11.24. We had a buffet breakfast with all kinds of delicious things , red salmon and cold smoked sea bass, dinner on the order menu. Breakfasts are just a blatant abomination, something minimally edible should be looked for. An ant was seen crawling on bread.

The hotel is just super!!!I recommend it to everyone, the service is top class, the buffet is very tasty, they even congratulated me on my birthday. There is no Russian-speaking staff, but you can easily explain everything with the help of an interpreter. The pool is clean with running water without chlorine
We rested in a Deluxe room (I would call it a standard). Room 3607 on the 36th floor, with a view of the city, the windows in the room do not open, there is central air conditioning. Upon arrival, the room smelled of cigarettes, which I did not like.
The room has bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, ironing board, all shower facilities. Replenished every day: water, tea, sugar and instant coffee.
There is also a nespresso coffee machine, but the capsules were put to it only on the first day, then you need to ask.
The breakfasts are good, very varied, from classic to second courses.
On the 7th floor, where breakfast is served, there is a swimming pool and sauna.
Several times a day there is a free shuttle to the mall and metro, takes it back. Once a day, a shuttle to the central beach of Jumeirah.
Overall, the hotel is great, I would come here again.

We were in January, so the bus went to the beach 2 times a week, but we walked in the morning for 20 -25 minutes to the nearest beach. Instead of charging -walking👍

Terrible hotel policy. They were supposed to settle there on April 14, but due to the closure of the borders due to the coronavirus pandemic, this was not possible. The reservation was irrevocable. They wrote to the hotel. The answer came as follows: we will not refund the money, you can change the check-in date. Thanks for that. They chose a different date. To which the hotel replied that we still have to pay 94tr for rebooking with 77 tr already paid. Taking into account the fact that for new dates our room in this hotel costs 120 rubles (on the booking, island, etc.). Extremely negative experience of communication with the hotel administration, who even in such a difficult time for everyone do not go to meet and greyhound.
Not a convenient location!!! The food is so-so, the movement from the hotel is only a taxi and if you are not too lazy to get to the subway, then you can use it, there is no territory for walking!
A very good hotel, with sane staff who need to explain what you want and everything will be OK. I've been there 5-6 times in the last two years and will most likely stop again as I go
