The hotel is quite old, but there is a good swimming pool (towels are provided), spa, tennis court (inventory is provided). As for breakfasts and dinners, the food is monotonous and there is little choice. Dinner is prepared for a long time, it seems that it is not cooked here. The rooms are generally good, there is a bathroom (brushes and bathrobes are provided on request), towels are changed every day. There is also an island where you can make coffee (they put both instant and coffee machine capsules (there are also)). There is also a kettle, tea, 2 bottles of water, sugar. There is also a safe. A wardrobe with three compartments; 2 compartments where you can hang clothes on a hanger and 1 with shelves, it also has a safe. A table with a chair and a small coffee table with two armchairs. The windows are opening. There are 2 mirrors (not counting the one in the bathroom). Unfortunately, the refrigerator is leaking, but it cools down, perhaps there are problems with electricity in the hotel, because the light sometimes flashes.
The staff is very friendly and will always help you, but there are nuances of the hotel itself that can spoil the overall impression. There are 4 elevators, but 3 work, sometimes you wait a long time.

We rested from 6.11. to 15.11. From the very first glance, the height of the hotel struck, the second shock - we were accommodated on the 44th floor. The room is standard for 4-star hotels, very comfortable, without complaints. Cleaning every day. The staff impresses with their cordiality and culture of communication. Starting with the security girl at the entrance, the parking guys and the porters. The reception staff are professionals. The kitchen, the restaurant are a special delight! We only had breakfast included - it's just gorgeous! The choice of dishes is huge and for every taste. Waitress girls are smart, especially Zin, or Zina, as we called her. Since the pool and the restaurant are on the same floor, it's damn cool in the morning, after swimming 200 meters, to go into the coolness of the restaurant for breakfast.
The bus works very conveniently. We chose this mode - in the morning we go to the beach by bus, return to the hotel, relax, and after lunch we take it to the nearest metro station.
The only thing to note is a very cramped grocery store, products without a price tag (surprise at the checkout), and constant jostling at the checkout. But it's kind of separate from the hotel, although in the same building. This does not spoil the impression of the hotel. We decided to come back to this hotel with pleasure. Thank you all very much.

There is a small selection for breakfast, we took breakfast and dinner, so the ordered dishes for dinner should be waited from 45-60 minutes, the choice is small and not very tasty, the wait is terribly long, neither tea nor coffee nor any other drinks are included in the price. There is no alcohol at all.transfer to the sea once a day and that one is almost at 11, they don't take it back at all, if there is no ticket with money on it, they won't take the city bus, this is not Russia, they will get into a situation, they will be kicked off the bus there. It can be difficult to catch a taxi, if you're lucky. We caught it for 45 minutes. Taxi drivers drive for 19, and some for 32 rubles, depending on which road they take. There is no heat in the hotel up to 40 degrees, there is also a sauna, and there are practically no stones on the heating stove, only the heating elements stick out, and the stones lie between them. The view from the window is not bad if you are high up, we had the 28th floor, there are 45 in total. Therefore, it takes a long time to wait for the elevator. By the way, a shuttle bus comes to the beach, there are very few guests for such a number, so not everyone fits in accordingly. The pool is quite small on the 7th floor, next to the restaurant, there are few places to lie down at all. You can only rest there until 12 and after 16, because the sun covers the building itself. We were 3 weeks ago, on March 1, we froze in the room. The staff is very friendly and tries to help with everything.

Disgusting hotel, terrible staff.
A tiny deluxe room, room cleaning - sometimes it is, sometimes it is not. For a family with a child - 1 bed and 1 blanket, haha. Extra bed for extra charge.
Bottled water is sometimes brought, sometimes not. Laundry - they promised to return the clothes the next day, as a result, they carried them for two days, and then they had to ask four times about her fate at the reception. There is no outlet for a hair dryer in the bathroom)) dry your hair wherever you want.
Breakfasts are just a blatant abomination, something minimally edible should be looked for. An ant was seen crawling on bread.
The photo shows how this hotel imagines an extra bed for a child of 6 years old. No bed linen, by the way.

24. Flew by like a mig. Convenient location, good-natured staff, despite their ignorance of English, always helped with translators. The breakfasts are excellent. Lunch at the Cartel (1st floor restaurant) is democratic and very tasty. The sea is not close, but by taxi 10 minutes to 30 dirs. It is possible by transfer, not a very convenient time at 10.30, back only at 17.00.

I liked the hotel in general. The breakfasts are hearty, the staff is polite. I didn't like that there was no water at the reception. And the exhaust often smells of cigarettes on the floors (our room didn't stink, but sometimes my friends did. Long wait for elevators. Very strong aromatization of elevators and halls. At first glance, it's nice, but when these smells are every day and very intense, it's not very good.

In general, I liked everything, a good hotel. The breakfasts are normal, you will not stay hungry. There is a nice swimming pool, there is a restaurant inside the hotel and downstairs on the ground floor there is a restaurant with Russian-speaking staff and a Russian hookah. There is not enough normal transfer to the sea, it was once a day at an inconvenient time for us, also keep in mind that they do not congratulate on a birthday here, this is now the concept of the hotel, it surprised us.

I don't remember the waiter's name... it's a pity I really want to praise him especially!Every day the room was cleaned, the bed was changed and the towel was changed. We lived in room 4208 . From 12.11.24 to 19.11.24. We had a buffet breakfast with all kinds of delicious things , red salmon and cold smoked sea bass, dinner on the order menu. To Jumera beach by transfer 15 minutes 10.30 to 17.10 on foot for a long time 1.20 I do not recommend going in the heat. By taxi economy 25 derham. We took a family apartment on the devil knows what floor, an area of about a hundred squares. The apartments have a good kitchen, old but comfortable furniture in good condition. Magnificent view of Palm Jumeirah Beach! A huge plus is that there are no high-rise buildings in front of the hotel. The Persian Gulf and half of Dubai are in full view (from the upper floors with balconies overlooking the Sea View). We were in NG 2025, we saw all the fireworks, partly the drone show, partly the fireworks at the Burj Khalifa.

We rested in a Deluxe room (I would call it a standard). Room 3607 on the 36th floor, with a view of the city, the windows in the room do not open, there is central air conditioning. Upon arrival, the room smelled of cigarettes, which I did not like.
The room has bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, ironing board, all shower facilities. Replenished every day: water, tea, sugar and instant coffee.
There is also a nespresso coffee machine, but the capsules were put to it only on the first day, then you need to ask.
The breakfasts are good, very varied, from classic to second courses.
On the 7th floor, where breakfast is served, there is a swimming pool and sauna.
Several times a day there is a free shuttle to the mall and metro, takes it back. Once a day, a shuttle to the central beach of Jumeirah.
Overall, the hotel is great, I would come here again.

I recommend it. Lovely rooms. Cleaning every day. Coffee, tea and water are free in the room. Excellent, delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. We were in January, so the bus went to the beach 2 times a week, but we walked in the morning for 20 -25 minutes to the nearest beach. Instead of charging -walking👍

Terrible hotel policy. They were supposed to settle there on April 14, but due to the closure of the borders due to the coronavirus pandemic, this was not possible. The reservation was irrevocable. They wrote to the hotel. The answer came as follows: we will not refund the money, you can change the check-in date. Thanks for that. They chose a different date. To which the hotel replied that we still have to pay 94tr for rebooking with 77 tr already paid. Taking into account the fact that for new dates our room in this hotel costs 120 rubles (on the booking, island, etc.). Extremely negative experience of communication with the hotel administration, who even in such a difficult time for everyone do not go to meet and greyhound.
