A very nice hotel. We rested there for 10 days.
+5 minutes to the sea.
+the sea is clear
+sun beds and umbrellas were provided from the hotel.
The food in the hotel itself was very tasty, so much so that I did not want to go to the cafe. However, cockroaches were noticed in the kitchen...
the room itself is cute and cozy. The bed is normal, you can sleep, the pillows are also normal. In the bathroom, the team needs to repair the shower stall

The guest house is small. There aren't many people. The food is good, well located, close to the sea and the market. Everything is so homey. Audibility, no sound insulation. There were smells in the bathroom, but maybe it was only in our room. Everything else is acceptable. And the price of a vacation was pleasant.

Positive:daily cleaning, change of towels and linen every 3 days. A comfortable bed, which is important to me.Cons: the building is wooden, poor sound insulation, you can hear EVERYTHING! There are cockroaches in the kitchen, the food is not bad, but not right for my stomach, a lot of fried and fatty - I did not have to choose. The breakfast was always excellent. In principle, it's fine for such money.

In the summer of August 28, we arrived at the La Terrace Hotel in Gudauta, Abkhazia. The lunch that was served to us was delicious. Three days later we went on an excursion to Chernogolovka, and after that I had severe poisoning. I vomited seven times and even had diarrhea seven times at the same time. We called an ambulance, and I was taken to the hospital, where I stayed for a day on a drip. I paid 2000 rubles and returned to the hotel. I felt better, but I was still taking medication. Then I started refusing lunch and dinner, and I was seized with fear. The hotel was nice, like a big wooden country house. The maid cleaned and changed the bed linen every day, everything was clean. The town of Gudauta was small and pretty, but there were many abandoned houses. The nature was beautiful. The beach is nice, positive, with free sun loungers and umbrellas. We swam and sunbathed in the sea with very clean and warm water. It was hot until September 6th. The climate was excellent, there were many interesting excursions.

We were there last year and everything was great. In August 2023, our trip was remembered for a long time...The price tag has increased almost 2 times, and the quality has dropped 10 times. The food is disgusting. For dinner, rice porridge with carrots and 2 pieces of chicken fillet 1x1cm in size. The other day they gave schnitzel for dinner and it was not bad... But! Apparently the schnitzels were left over from dinner and they decided to give them for lunch... Only cut into 3 parts and garnish with stewed cabbage and boiled potatoes separately. Breakfast is a separate conversation... I am completely disappointed, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, overpayment for food, which even cattle are ashamed to feed... Complete disrespect. And let Juliet be at least a little ashamed, so that instead of fixing something.. She looked into my eyes and said that no one was complaining, but there were a lot of complaints, and apparently people had nothing to compare it with... Shame on you!!!

A good hotel for a relaxing holiday, more suitable for families with children or the elderly. They are fed tasty and satisfying 3 times a day. Boiling water and tea with sugar are always freely available. The staff is excellent, very friendly

The guest house has been built for many years. Renovation has been required for a long time. There is no sound insulation. The food is terrible. There is practically no territory. They used to take care of their guests here. Nowadays, people don't give a damn about tourists. It doesn't match the price they ask for a vacation here.

Понравилось: отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал. Администратор Раиса, готовая исполнить доступные пожелания постояльцев. На просьбу обзавестись нардами, реакция была мгновенной. Спасибо. Завтраки и ужин сильно напоминают пионерлагерь семидесятых. Все качественно и вкусно. Морской пляж в пяти минутах неторопливой пешей прогулки. Там же ресторан Веранда, как подразделение Ла Террасы с огромным выбором блюд отличного качества. При всех положительных моментах, звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего. Спасибо Абхазии - стране души, за радушие и гостеприимство. Посетил в конце апреля начале мая 2018.
