Yesterday we visited a cafe in the center of Tiraspol, we were very dissatisfied with the service. Firstly, after taking a table, we waited for someone to come up to us and bring the menu, we sat for 20 minutes and until my son asked a passing waiter to bring the menu, no one even thought to approach. After the menu was brought to us, we sat for another 20-25 minutes until my son got up and came over asking for the administrator. The girl went to get the administrator, but immediately returned and said that the administrator had gone out somewhere, asked what our question was. My son said that we had been sitting for 25 minutes and waiting for someone to come up to us, asked if it was okay with you, the girl replied no and came up to us to take the order to give it to another waiter. After we accepted the order, we were told that we had to wait 20:25 minutes, but the last dish was brought to us after 40 minutes. After removing the plate from the pizza, there was a pile of crumbs on the table that was around the plate, the waiter came up for the plate and did not deign to wipe the table of crumbs. The sediment remained very bad.
The order was waited for an insanely long time , there were croutons and beer in the order . As a result, the beer was brought in 20 minutes, the croutons in 30 🤦🏽♀️
The kitchen is not bad, but the service is terrible
I was a regular customer of the La Vida establishment in Tiraspol and often visited it since childhood. Recently, during the holiday on September 2, after going to the fair, my girlfriend and I decided to have dinner there (in the city center, ul. 25 October, 72). However, our visit turned out to be a disappointment.
After we had already received part of the order, the stranger invited us to move to free up two adjacent tables for a large company. We refused, but it caused aggression from this company. They started insulting us and doing everything to get us to leave, creating an unpleasant environment. The waiters did not react to what was happening, ignoring our requests, sometimes twitching their shoulders as absurdly as possible and even looking towards the incident.
After contacting the administrator, the situation did not improve. We decided to leave, leaving the food. The receptionist apologized and offered us another table, but we didn't want to stay there anymore
This incident killed any desire to ever return to this restaurant. It used to be a good place for me, but now in my eyes it's just a regular third-rate eatery. I will dissuade friends and acquaintances from visiting La Vida. There are many other places in Tiraspol where you can spend your time much more pleasantly.
The overall impression is pleasant. The staff is attentive and competent. One note on food: in the Caesar salad: tomatoes were "Al dente" in the sense of ripeness. In June, in Moldova, it's strange. Considering that beautiful red tomatoes are sold at the market across Suvorov Square. The prices are higher than in Moscow, which also surprised me. But if your budget allows you gastronomical pleasures, be sure to go to La Vida there with a small company. Cozy and delicious.
The view is cool, the waiters are friendly, they forgot about the potatoes, they brought cold, wet, the sauce pan is piled with potatoes on top. Pasta with seafood and tiger prawns the size of the phalanx of the little finger) photo attached
I advise everyone to visit the restaurant ***, especially the nice service. To go with a company to haunt is the very thing. And yes, give a bonus to Elizabeth's waitress, she serves very well. The restaurant is really cool, I advise everyone if you want to eat 10 years ahead and chill.
The new electronic menu in the city of Tiraspol is not convenient. Come up with something else, if you are too lazy to wear paper, put tablets or something like that. Because to order food, you have to wait for the menu to download, then put the wi-fi password next to it
We visited La vida 06.07.2022 at Karl Liebknecht 134. We ordered 3 cocktails: blue ice-matcha, mojito and banana mango cocktail. Of the three cocktails, only mojitos could be drunk. The blue miracle turned out to be iced milk, banana mango cocktail - also water with water. Creamy ice cream is on the menu, and a warm cocktail was brought. They've been redone. We waited a long time for the cocktails to arrive, and waited even longer for the change. Well, you can't do that, comrades. Two points for drinks, the same amount for service. We won't come again.
The dishes are delicious, the delivery is on time, but, unfortunately, the dessert was turned over and it arrived in a terrible state. The taste of the dessert did not change, but the child refused to eat it. It spoiled the holiday a little bit.
It's a good place, but the kitchen has started to deteriorate....burnt dishes are passed off as a COOK'S MISTAKE .... Spoil your reputation...Get better!!!!
