I contacted a specialist with a problem with the microphone (there were periodic noises on the recording), the specialist took the microphone to work, and said that in the evening of the same day he would report the problem, or the inability to identify it. He didn't give me any documents about receiving a microphone. He didn't report anything that day, and neither did the next. Then I wrote myself - did you find out something about the microphone? He replied: still on diagnostics. The next day, I wrote that I would like to pick up the microphone, because my work stopped and I can't wait that long, I need to solve the problem faster. That's what they agreed on. An hour later, he writes to me so that I don't rush to go, because maybe he will do it anyway. I asked how much it would cost, if it made sense for me to repair or if it was easier to buy a new one. To which the answer was 100-200 rubles. I said that for 200 rubles it makes no sense for me to repair it and I will come to pick it up. When I arrived, the so-called specialist swooped down on me like a kite, spoke very rudely and disdainfully - he was unhappy that I had come to pick up the microphone. When I asked if he had found out the cause of the breakdown, he said that I still would not understand the technical nuances. That's what happened to the microphone, he didn't answer me, but he announced the cost of repairs. Then he went out somewhere, came and started asking me to leave the microphone until tomorrow, because maybe he would do it and meet the 100 rubles. I began to realize that the microphone was disassembled at the moment, and most likely they had broken something there, and they could not bring it back. The next day, I went to get the microphone with my husband. The microphone was returned to me completely inoperable!!! He doesn't record anything at all! And the so-called specialist brazenly stated that it was in this condition that I brought him the microphone! I gave the microphone to another master, now he is being diagnosed. When I receive an official opinion from him, I will contact the consumer protection department, the tax service and anywhere else, but I will not leave it like this. I have screenshots of correspondence with the master (who allegedly refused my order).

I strongly started my computer and did something with the motherboard, but I thought that the monitor was not working (the computer was turned on, but the monitor was not). The laptop case broke, almost split in half when opening and closing. The outer part hiding the wires also broke off. As a result, when disassembling the laptop, the master noticed that the thermal paste had dried out and too much dust had accumulated inside, he offered to replace and clean it (he had never done this before in 4 years), which is very good for an unintelligible person.
I passed everything very quickly and efficiently, although in other places I was told that it would take much more time (an important plus for me).
The laptop started working almost silently, it looks like it's new)
