Friendly staff, when we were here, there were no queues. They use the Russian loyalty program, so for everyone who previously used Hemotest services in Russia, there is an opportunity to get a discount for previously paid tests in the Russian Federation. They accept payment by cards, but unfortunately, as of August 2023, MIR cards were not serviced
