I'm resting now. I live in building 2. The room is large with a loggia. The furniture is not very new, but it is clean. There is a door to the next room, everything is audible. But for now, the neighbors are quiet. The food is not bad, especially stews and vegetables. Fruits are mostly tasteless or unripe.
There is one significant defect. The shower floor is incorrectly laid out in the room. The slope is in the opposite direction. The water spreads over the floor and flows into the room. I asked for a mop. When I wash, I periodically drain the water. And this is from the day the hotel was built. Work for the tiler for a couple of hours. I did not change the room, the view from the window is beautiful, on the sea. The city and the port are visible.
Everything else is fine. Quiet, fresh air. The hotel corresponds to the money that was paid. Special thanks to Julia. She is always helpful and very friendly.

I wouldn't go a second time. For me, the hotel did not pull a five. The food is monotonous and, like most Turkish food, not tasty, and there is not much choice. But the saddest thing is the beach - it's not there. The deck chairs stand side by side on a narrow concrete pier, they cannot be moved to hide from the scorching sun, because there is simply no place for this. Umbrellas are generally a shame. Small wicker ones are not particularly saving from the sun. They cannot be tilted, they cannot be moved. I was able to find only one place on the entire beach, where by moving the chaise longue, I could be in the shade throughout my stay on the beach, and not after 12, for example. From the good - good rooms in the main building, in the houses, they say, much worse. Good reception job. Of the Russian speakers, the beautiful Julia is at the reception, she helps with all questions. Excellent Internet throughout the hotel and even on the beach, although the area is quite large for this area. The most important thing I can't help but say is the cold, very cold water in this area of Turkey because of the underwater springs. I didn't see it in any of the reviews, otherwise I wouldn't have gone!!! Few people swim. So, who is not a walrus, it is better not to come here. The contingent of tourists is different, there are Russians, but not too many. The location was normal for me - between the Mprmartm and Icmeler - quiet and peaceful. Getting to them is quick and easy. In general, everything did not go well for me, but in Marmaris there is just a different level of recreation than is allowed in the same Fethiye.

The food is without frills in the heat there are few tables in the building where the air conditioning, the waiters are quick to clean, they help, they lived in a family bungalow with a sea view, the room is new, the furniture is good, very beautiful views, pine air, everything is surrounded by greenery. The beach is a unique pier for sun beds 150 meters in the sea. Clear water with fish. After lunch, the sun goes behind the mountain and the shadow of the pines covers the beach.

This is the most lame five I've ever been in. The most important thing for me is not even that, the hotel is old and smelly, there is no feeling of the sea,,,, !!! How do you swim in a lake, and the water is kind of stagnant, it smells like mud, the beach is just one name, a narrow concrete strip, I do not recommend the word at all.... They write about the healthy air of the pines. It is not felt here. The only advantage here is the dry climate, there is no humidity like on the Antalya coast.

We rested this 24th year from the end of April and the beginning of May. One of the best hotels in Marmaris! We chose a bungalow with two isolated rooms for my wife and child and me! Cleaning is daily, the food is excellent for any connoisseur - meat, fish always. Private private beach! Well, the view of the mountains is simply amazing! Within walking distance of the city, market, shops! If you are not a fan of walking, stop near the hotel or taxi - also near the hotel - $ 10 to the farthest point of the city. We will definitely come back here again!

The hotel is not very new, but very nice. We lived in a chalet! All for 5 minutes. The territory is surrounded by greenery. Cedars, eucalyptus trees, century-old ficuses, and a lot of different greens.

A larger percentage of vacationers is 50+. It pulls in more 4 stars than 5. The big disadvantage of the hotel is that the sun on the beach disappears from 14.30. The only place is the pier, there until 17.00, then goes over the mountain. Who likes the sun until late at night is not at this hotel. It's cool to get off the water on the beach because there's a scattered breeze in the shade. But in the heat of July-August it will be the best, there is shade everywhere. Sunbeds are occupied from 7 a.m., although they are always in abundance and there have never been problems with them, "the mentality or the habit of the elderly." A good location is between Marmaris and Icmeler, you can't hear the night parties, but those who wish can easily walk. The rooms in the bungalows are renovated, everything is clean and fresh. Cleanliness is monitored, cleaning, change of towels at the level. Now about the cons. In fact, there is only one pool, it is too small. The food is not diverse enough for 5 stars. No strawberries, no cherries, peaches are hard. The juices are bad. Some drinks in bars and a la carte restaurants are paid. There is only water in the room, no more drinks. The staff is almost all unfriendly. If you say hello yourself, they will answer, but no more. They were not taught to smile. The door to the bungalow cannot be locked from the inside, only an electronic lock. The "do not disturb" piece of paper on the door handle does not hold, it falls. You sleep during the day, and the maid barges into the room and starts cleaning... But the main disadvantage is the flies... They sit on the food at the distribution and climb into the plates... A creepy hotel, two stars just for the great view and a lot of water in the room.
Everything in the hotel is old, smelly, unpleasant, it was all inclusive, the food in the main halls was absolutely tasteless, every time there was a feeling that they left hungry, alcohol/Cocktails are terrible, everyone is just a beer. You can not count on jars of shampoo / gel / paste, etc., this is trash. I do not recommend it, look for something newer, it is not worth your money at all.

Disgusting numbers!
Today we just checked in on 09.10.23 and got a dead old room, where almost everything is broken and dirty! Dirty pillows, sheets, everywhere you can find the hair of strangers, a dead dusty spider on a light bulb and everything is disgusting. Apparently, they never did a good cleaning here at all. If it's 5, then where are the slippers, where is the bathrobe, where is the water. There is nothing!

We are having a rest at this hotel - I really liked it. We live in the main building, the balcony overlooks the dilfinarium. Marmaris on the boat. The nature is amazing. The air is very clean. After you arrive in the city (it's stuffy in the city and exhaust fumes), it's easy to breathe here right away. The water in the sea is slightly cool. The food is very decent. No one will serve you marzipans, but there is always meat (turkey, lamb, beef) in different variations. Cold appetizers, various pastries are always in abundance. But there are problems with fish here. In others . In Turkey, both tuna and red fish were served. And here there is only mackerel and twice as much, there was nothing else. Elementary, there were not even squid and shrimp. But in general, the hotel left positive emotions. On the trail. A year may come back here!!!

We just got back from the hotel. We were there from September 12-23. Of course it's not 5 stars... pros: location, territory, food, sea, beach. Minuses: the old rooms are very dark. the room is cleaned for 2. the linen was changed 1 time in 12 days, the shower and sink were washed themselves and asked for paper at the reception. The staff, with rare exceptions (thanks a lot to LIA and Yulechka), is lazy ... but the main thing is that the sea is wonderful and we rested!
