Accordingly, there are very few Russians, and the attitude of the staff towards them, to put it mildly..... At best, they just turn away from you, as if they don't hear you, at worst, there has been an open display of aggression, swearing in their own language. At night, from 22 to 1 o'clock, the disco on the embankment thunders, so if you like the silence of the night, forget it. And the most unpleasant thing is that the staff openly extorts money. Good afternoon, we were there a week ago, there are just a lot of impressions. The hotel is large, green area, lots of bars, delicious cocktails, the beach is clean. The rooms are cozy but with old furniture, but just come to relax normally. The food is varied, there are a lot of fruits, they cook with you. There are many excursions offered. I liked it, thanks to all the staff of this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is very cool, the staff is friendly, everyone is smiling. The territory is large, all in greenery and flowers, the beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is good. The food is all delicious, every day there were themed evenings with a variety of cuisine. The fruits were: melon, oranges, watermelons, tangerines, lemons, apples, guava, grapefruit. What delicious sweets there were, I really liked the Egyptian sweets and donuts. And what a wonderful party it was on the boardwalk. A beautiful dance show , large tables with a variety of cuisine , live music . The animators were so good, they created a festive atmosphere. There was a lot of dancing and fun . We were very satisfied. The rooms are clean and cozy. You could visit Ala-kart restaurants. We went to Italian and Greek, we liked it. There was an evening show every night. I didn't have to be bored. Thanks for the rest. We will definitely return to this hotel.

We were in this hotel from 9-16.12.24. the three of us (adults) for 7 nights, upon check-in immediately began to ask for money for a good room, like $ 60 for the whole time, we refused. The suitcase porter loaded and took the suitcases to the room, then hesitated for a long time. apparently expecting $, but they didn't give anything either. 1. Room 1127: there were three of us, and the room had two beds and, accordingly, there were only 2 of them (towels, water, cups), later they brought a third "Bed" - but in fact a cot (okay, at least the mattress is thick and good), we received everything else for the third person.leaving notes to the cleaners). The furniture in the room was tired, we tried to turn on the air conditioner - but it made a lot of noise. The water pressure in the shower is good, the water is hot without interruption. The hangers in the closet are anti-theft, but the PPTs are old, some broken, some with a touch. The pillows and blankets are normal. 2. Food, drinks: it seems to be a lot, but there are only a few tasty and sensible things. Everything is kind of inedible. At breakfast they make waffles, all kinds of eggs (boiled, poached, fried, scrambled, omelets with fillings), there are pancakes, toasts, sandwiches with cutlet and tomato, cheese, sausage, cottage cheese, yoghurts, muesli, vegetables, fruits (apples cut in water is generally a masterpiece) Lunch is, in my opinion, half of it, this is what was not finished at the previous dinner, delicious pizza of two types, fish in batter, meat (there was chicken, duck, lamb), but they give it out on delivery, vegetables and fruits, rice, a lot of rice, a lot of rice with pasta)), stewed vegetables, a small selection of desserts - again from last dinner. There is a diet menu - steamed vegetables and meat. Breakfast and lunch in the dining room by the beach is a terrible place: some sparrows, which if no one is sitting at the table and there is food on plates, peck your food from these plates, paper napkins one per person, there are no toothpicks. Coffee machines are constantly non-working - sometimes without milk, sometimes without coffee. There is an alternative milk The dinners are themed (Spanish, Slavic), the chefs certainly try, but not very tasty. There are a lot of desserts, a grill area outside (cutlets, chicken, fish), there is an area with stewed and baked dishes, several types of empty tasteless soups, fresh vegetables and herbs, bakery products. drinks are diluted and chemical: wine is poured from 10-liter foil bags into bottles (which are never washed in the process, as well as plastic glasses on the beach), once a loaf was seen falling to the floor, an employee picked it up and put it in a common basket. ALA CARTE restaurants are one of a kind. It's like coming from the main restaurant. 3. Sea, beach. Here the bay, respectively, is a gentle sandy approach without corals. There are enough sun beds with comfortable mattresses on the beach, but the sun beds themselves are heavy, it is very difficult for a girl to move. When you come to the beach, the employee moves the windscreen and the sunbed as you need, they did not ask for money. There are a lot of flies on the beach, they don't bite, but they constantly land on you, discomfort. Touts are constantly cruising along the beach - it's just annoying. 4. The pool is heated, shallow 100-120 cm, there are a lot of people by the pool. We only went to the beach. 5. Animation and shows. There is no information that when and where, sometimes animators go to notify. Of the activities: yoga, stretch, aqua aerobics, dancing in the water, bocce, beach volleyball. The evening shows at the nearby Club Hotel in the amphitheater are mediocre, as if made on a knee. There are many foreigners of retirement age in the hotel. In principle, if you come to rest, and not to look for disadvantages, then you can close your eyes to a lot (especially in the off-season and for little money).

Nice family hotel. The price-quality ratio. The room overlooks the garden, tired, but large enough, one room. Cleaning every day. Drinks in the minibar are paid except for water. For some reason, it is forbidden to dry towels on balconies, change towels every day during cleaning, but for this you need to leave them in the room. The food is varied, and themed gastro dinners are arranged. There is always fish, meat, poultry, diet and children's menus, desserts for breakfast/lunch/dinner. For breakfast, you have fried eggs, omelets, waffles and pancakes. For dinner, roast meat / fish over an open fire. There are always fruits, vegetables, cheeses, sausages. The wine is poured into glass bottles from the "packages" in the bar (they do it unnoticeably), and already from the bottles they pour into glasses, the taste is so-so. The accommodation included three ala-kart restaurants. I liked Italian and French: food and drinks. The animation is good, there is activity throughout the day. Evening shows are own and imported (fireshows). Large heated swimming pool with a bar. The entrance to the pool is very smooth from 10 cm to 140 cm. Younger children can frolic in a shallow area. There are also regular pools for children and 2 adults. There is a relaxation area for adults with a swimming pool and a bar where children are not allowed: quiet, calm music. The hotel has an excellent location by the sea: a sandy beach, a lagoon, there are always free sun beds. The tides are not noticeable. The entrance to the sea is smooth. Nearby is the Labranda Club 4* hotel. The territories of both hotels are combined, you can walk or relax in the neighboring territory and use the bars. Food is only on your territory. With the exception of minor disadvantages, the rest was a success in general.

Beautiful green area, lots of pools, nice beach, in the bay, there are no waves, but the beach area is small. There is a reef nearby, you can watch the fish. The food is not very diverse, although it is quite possible to choose something for yourself. Of the minuses, the dishes are all chipped and not very clean, both in bars and in restaurants. Tables are shaky, there are often not enough places, tables are poorly cleaned. It is very hot for breakfast and lunch in the restaurant. I liked it at dinners in Ala-kart restaurants (except Greek). Inconvenient change of beach towels - you can only change them in the room at an unknown time. In general, the service and food are not very good, but the sea and the room are quite satisfied with us.

The hotel is good. The room is very good, of course everything is old, but everything works. Comfortable beds. The air conditioner is certainly not great, very old and not regulated, but it worked. Very good food: a lot of meat and fish dishes are varied. There was also a dietary diet . In the morning there were porridge and cottage cheese. The fruits were apples, oranges, plums, grapes, watermelons, melons and we got to mango. A good beach, the approach is gentle, but not shallow. There is an artificial bay there, so there were no tides. A beautiful large area. It's a little boring, but we were on our way to rest.

We had a rest with our family at the hotel from June 29 to July 10. I really liked the hotel, the staff is super. The hotel grounds are very green and beautiful. The beach is 5+ (there is simply no entrance to the sea in the neighboring Stele). The food is simple but delicious. We would go back there again - definitely YES!
