I tried to order a 7 kg package of feed at this pet store. They said that it was available, which was very gratifying, because it is not available anywhere in Belarus right now. After that, they said they would call back to clarify the order, but no one called. After 3 days, I typed it myself, to find out what was on my order at all. They said they would send an invoice for the payment of the ERIP. It was the third day, and no bill for payment was sent to me. I was hoping for a store, because it's difficult to get food, but I'm already running out. The result: a spoiled mood and a cat without food. It seems that this store absolutely does not need customers and revenue. I will never buy or order anything here again.

I have been ordering products only in this store for a long time, there is a large selection and there is always what I need! Even if food is urgently needed today, they always help out. Because I have learned from the bitter experience of many online stores, urgency is tomorrow for them ( Concluding that I have not found this store and am not going to look for it!
