I bought a car in Russia from a salon under warranty, came to Armenia, stopped by and was told that we were not working and were not transferring the feasibility study to warranty.

The level of service is incomprehensible. I called yesterday to make an appointment for transmission maintenance (replacement of three oil seals and two bearings). The manager said she would check with the master about the time and cost, and promised to call back this morning. She didn't call back. About three hours after the promised time, I call myself. I am informed that they do not have oil seals and bearings (any store in Yerevan has them, but the official dealer does not have them!). They are not going to order spare parts in the near future. On the offer to come to them with your spare parts - if only the job was a professional service man - the manager replied that the master was on vacation for a month. She offered to call me in a month. How is this possible?!! I don't understand.
