I will not speak for all employees. I came across only one. Somehow connected with the atelier. He showed himself as an employee opposed to accepting any orders. I agreed to all his far-fetched ideas on rejecting orders, ended up demanding an advance payment in cash (an advance payment for the fact that I would come and they would look, and if I was late, they would not give me the money, the norm is the topic), I was categorically opposed to accepting from the card. I think there are five such jobs and you can close the service. The rest of the people I talked to seemed normal. One thing was enough not to recommend this place.

On August 2, the car was handed over for a full dry cleaning. The head of dry cleaning at the service station took the order and clarified which plastic coating we prefer (gloss or matte), we asked for matte. He suggested not to take out the seats so that the dry cleaning would be cheaper, to which we replied that we needed not cheaper, but good. He assured that the car would be as good as new after all the procedures. They gave me the keys and agreed to pick them up in the evening. In the evening, when they came to pick up the car, this man was already wearing an airborne beret and drunk, and very young guys showed us the car, who did all the dry cleaning. All the plastic in the car was unevenly smeared with some kind of grease or silicone, with streaks and streaks, I began to point at the streaks first, and then generally say that I did not ask for this gloss and fat. They promised to remove it in 20 minutes. We came to check the second time and again the stains, smudges, fat. The car was kicked out of the box into the light and we were shocked by the number of defects. There was sand in the trunk. When we were there, they started vacuuming the wet trunk (and tore off the coating, which fell behind and went into bumps) what we found already at home). We waited for about an hour and decided to give more time to fix it and pick up the car at noon the next day. The next day, we saw all the same stains, white and greasy spots on the plastic, as well as white spots on the upholstery. My nerves gave out, I started shouting at this chief of dry cleaning that I was better at home washing my car and that I gave it away in good condition, but I get this back. He offered to evaluate their work independently and pay as much as we consider necessary. Instead of 250 rubles, we gave 100 rubles (after all, the car was washed well outside, and the guys worked on the car for a long time)

We left in a hurry from there and when I got into the car half an hour later and threw towels on the wet seats, I found a deep burnt hole in the headrest! I'm in shock, we're going back, I already regret even those 100 rubles, I'm yelling at this "chief of dry cleaning" again, as it turned out, the hole was burned with "fog". We call the owner on the spot and another shock. We offered the owner to return those 100 rubles and compensate for the headrest, to which he said that the dry cleaning was done and they would not return anything, their atelier would find out the cost and inform the amount of compensation. A specialist came from the studio and said that neither they nor Minsk had such fabrics and they needed to buy a new headrest. We didn't talk to the owner anymore, because the head of the dry cleaning offered us 50p and run away. I apologized, but whatever. Nerves, time spent, the condition of the car is ruined. We took the money and left. It's a pity that they didn't look in the trunk on the spot. In the evening, when I was cleaning the car, I found swellings that the guys at the sink were staring at (and I didn't pay attention then). Look at the photos, draw conclusions, do not give your cars here for dry cleaning if they are dear to you.
I gave the steering wheel and the gearbox lever to be tightened, arrived, chose what and how we would do, the next day, in the morning it was necessary to bring the car, drove it, left it at 9, at 15.00 they called about the readiness of the car. In general, now they are ripe for reworking the door cards, the material was picked up immediately and I did not have to wait for delivery, the cards were also removed so I was able to drive a car. After 3 days, everything was ready. They wrapped the leather in the deputy, the color is black and beige with a diamond, in general it looks solid, my wife joked that the doors were bought just like the Ford factory, so the work turned out to be normal.

Since before this arrival there was an extremely negative independent experience in tightening the ceiling, I can note that they made a tight fit here quite quickly, in terms of the queue I didn't bother much, first I called, then I arrived and the process went on, the only moment was when I was asked to come and showed the old material already removed and actually the ceiling frame itself Of course, the look was still the same, all broken, thin as a sheet of paper that bent in the wind. But when the covered ceiling was already installed, the frame was durable to the touch, it is clear that they worked on it, and when the installation was over, the interior view was updated well, at least it was nice to see!
I signed up for a ceiling tightening, as I do not know from the temperature or from something else, but the fabric began to peel off, I also thought that maybe it could be glued in places, but I was advised not to invent about this and re-wrap everything. When the ceiling began to be removed, it turned out that it was glued to the roof itself in places, I was shocked.... I fell into a stupor even more when they removed the old material and showed me the places where the ceiling needed to be sealed from cracks (there were two sides of the frame at once). To be honest, I had already contacted one office about the tightness and there I was assured that everything would be sealed and tightened as needed. I could not even think that those craftsmen would not fix the ceiling for me, but simply glue it to the iron!
In the evening, they called and asked me to come show how the ceiling was repaired, I didn't see any cracks anymore, everything was clean, the ceiling felt even heavier, or something, as they explained to me, they not only sealed the cracks, but also reinforced the frame with some kind of resin so that it wouldn't sag.
In general, when I arrived to install the ceiling, everything looked super done, I didn't see any dents or wrinkles, now only time will show their result)) But in general, the opinion about them remained positive, as this time I myself witnessed the work process and saw how the ceiling was sealed for me, and as the master later admitted to me, most likely the ceiling sagged due to poor-quality glue and violations of the technical process, in general, I think that these have already done their job on Conscience!
I visited this place in order to tighten the ceiling, in general, I was more worried about the chosen color of the material, but when I saw it live, I realized that everything was chosen correctly. We did everything as promised, that is, in a day, there are no complaints about the quality, we did it very smoothly!
In 2 words, I was sheathing the steering wheel and doors here. Of the problems: you need to come and sign up in advance + they are too stupid.
In short, I do not recommend it.
