We stayed at the hotel from 21.02 to 25.02
Excellent location in the historical center of Istanbul, walking distance to places of interest and delicious restaurants
Exchange offices, shops and public transport stops are nearby.
Very cozy and beautiful lobby
They serve drinks and desserts.
There are a lot of interesting books.
The staff is very polite, friendly, ready to help and resolve any issue.
Small but cozy rooms
Daily cleaning and change of hygiene supplies
Varied breakfasts, fresh food and delicious desserts
A restaurant with a gorgeous panoramic view
I highly recommend you to visit!
Hello everyone We came to Istanbul to celebrate my sister's birthday. The choice fell on this hotel. It is very conveniently located. All the sights are within walking distance, and we are lovers of hiking.
The reception staff is friendly, always in a good mood, they will help you with everything, explain and show you.
The breakfasts are not very diverse, but everything you need to eat: fresh, delicious, some fruits, desserts, coffee, the tables are quickly cleaned, a lot of greens, yoghurts are delicious.
The rooms are cleaned every day and are clean. The bed linen is snow-white. Towels are changed every day. Normal care cosmetics.
On his birthday, they decorated the room with swans, textile flowers and brought cheesecake 🥰
Sooo cute and nice. We took pictures with them.
Water is brought every day in bottles per person. Everything is cozy.
There's a cool spa downstairs. I recommend the full program. They came out rested.
Only pleasant memories remain 🫶🏻
It's a lovely hotel. Very conveniently located near the main attractions of Istanbul. The rooms have everything you need, daily cleaning is carried out. A wonderful restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a magnificent view of the historical center, the Marmara Sea and the islands. Delicious and varied breakfast, we haven't had time to try everything in three days) The hotel staff is polite and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel. The price-quality ratio is beyond praise!
Overall, a good four
Good location, near exchangers, cafes, Grand Bazaar, tram stop, metro. Responsive reception staff (although they don't speak Russian, but they try to help, and there is a Google translator)) The restaurant is on the 6th floor with panoramic views of the Bosphorus. We took them only tomorrow, they are quite imaginative, there are no salads, only cucumbers, tomatoes, grated carrots, lettuce, eggplants, there are practically no fruits, only apples and pears, sometimes tangerines, we did not eat enough. The room was not large, it was taken with a balcony.
We are resting here now, in general, the hotel is good, the rooms are small but clean, they are cleaned every day, towels are changed daily, the location is excellent, in the center, the view on the terrace is awesome, the staff is responsive, the food is varied. One of the disadvantages is the Wi-Fi, which takes off as soon as you leave the hotel)), upon returning to the hotel, you need to reconnect it all the time. In general, I recommend it.
We stayed in the standard room.
Positive
- location
- good cleaning
- design of the hotel and rooms
- delicious breakfasts with a view
- friendly staff
- it was quiet in our room
- cool drinks in the lobby
- water is left in the room every day, slippers are renewed, shampoos are brought
Minuses
- weak air conditioning
- the hair dryer does not work well
- smell from the toilet (ventilation)
- poor lighting in the bathroom (not as in the photo), there is only 1 lamp on the ceiling
Nuances
- the room is small, if you stay more than a week, it will be difficult to put things away
- there are rooms without Windows, be careful when booking, this information is in the description
- during our stay, the road in front of the hotel was repaired, the passage was difficult.
- no paste and brushes - take it with you or buy it :)
Excellent location: a minute and you are standing near the Blue Mosque. Stylish (though not very large) rooms. We were given a room with a side view of the 2 main mosques, without any persuasion)
There was not enough tea in traditional glass Turkish glasses and dried fruits, such as figs, for breakfast. It was a pity there was no omelette/scrambled eggs. But they can be made for an additional fee, if you really want to. The terrace with the view is nice, but the windows are a bit dirty. In the lobby, you can have a cake/cupcake with tea every day for an afternoon snack. Fruits are also planted there and there are containers with lemonade (they did not dare to try it). I advise Russian tourists to take a tour to a hotel through tour operators (no flights, just a hotel), because it will be much more profitable than through Booking or on the hotel's website.
We stayed at this hotel in the fall of the 24th year, the hotel is quite new, everything is clean and tidy, friendly staff, we really liked the breakfasts, excellent views on the top floor, and the biggest plus of this hotel is walking distance to any attraction in the center
The hotel is small, cozy, and the rooms are small and clean. Located in the historical part of the city, all the sights are within walking distance, there is a tram stop nearby. The breakfasts are standard, nothing special. The staff is polite and friendly.
You can safely check in for a couple of days. Economy option.
Pros: if there is little time, you need to see the sights quickly in the city, it is convenient geographically.
The breakfasts are normal. Bed, towels.. They changed it for us. The staff is friendly.
Minuses:
A weak hair dryer, there was a repair noise, hard pillows, no bathrobe.
Everything was fine, for the unassuming the most)).
I liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, newly renovated, comfortable bed. A good breakfast. Excellent location in the very center. 5 minutes to Hagia Sophia.
The only caveat is that if you come to a restaurant for dinner, it's very, very expensive.
Everything is super, and the breakfasts and the location and the cleanliness and the attitude of the staff. It is close to the T1 tram and all the sights are nearby, delighted with the view on the roof at breakfast. I definitely recommend it!
cozy, beautiful, delicious.
a good hammam. the location is very convenient - everything is within walking distance. the view from the windows and from the terrace of the restaurant is a separate kind of pleasure
The hotel is wonderful !
Located within walking distance from the Blue Mosque , Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace complex .
The room is not big, but comfortable, clean.
The bathrooms are clean (shampoos, soap, slippers are all provided to anyone who needs).
Breakfast is varied (cheeses, sausages, omelets, scrambled eggs, stewed and fresh vegetables, yoghurts, fruits, juices, and of course oriental sweets ), everything is in sufficient quantity and there is something to choose from. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the sea and the Blue Mosque, you get not only gastronomic, but also aesthetic pleasure.
We arrived at 6 in the morning , the administration met us halfway and settled in earlier , as soon as a free room appeared , which we are very grateful for .
The staff is polite .
Very good Wi-Fi, you can work and be in touch.
We didn 't find any disadvantages , I recommend it to everyone .
I liked the hotel. Everything is new in the room, excellent cleaning, good breakfasts. The view is beautiful from the restaurant. We lived on the 1st floor, with a view of the neighboring building from the window, but we came to Istanbul not to sit in the room, but to walk, so we only came to spend the night, and we do not need this view from the window. The convenient location of the hotel. There are not enough useful surfaces in the bathroom, but this is a small thing. We took an excursion from the travel agency from the hotel, it turned out to be interesting.
Great hotel. The rooms are lovely, but they're a little small in size. The food is good, without frills, but everything you need is always there. I recommend.
I liked the hotel, starting from the location (within walking distance of the sights of the historical center) A good breakfast is on the 6th floor, overlooking the Blue Mosque and the AiSofia.
Attentive and unobtrusive staff.
The rooms are clean, towels are changed every day.
We really liked both the location and the service.
The only thing is the small numbers, but it's in the description. The food is delicious, towels, slippers, water, soap accessories are changed every day. There are drinks and fruits in the lobby. The location of the hotel is great.
A nice hotel in the old part of the city, with a panoramic restaurant, the view is magnificent, both in the evening and in the afternoon, the breakfasts are modest, but delicious.
The audibility in the rooms is good, so it's better to take birushi))
There is a spa, but for an additional small fee.
The location is great if you come not to sit in the room, but to walk around the old town!
A wonderful hotel. We had a vacation with a child of 8 years old. The location is very convenient. The rooms are fresh, modern and cozy. Breakfast for 4. Next time, if I stay at this hotel, I will definitely bring my pillow with me) It is simply impossible to sleep on their pillows)
The hotel is super!
The rooms are clean , cleaning is daily, towels are changed daily. The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are good, you will not stay hungry
An average hotel in Turkey. Location - in the center, from where you can walk +- to lyoggtmets in Turkey. If the budget does not allow you to stay in a good hotel, then I would recommend here
Everything is fine, the disadvantages are a small room! The bathroom is small!lack of a relaxation area in the room!the rest is great!!!Great location excellent cleaning, good staff, the location is a bomb!!!Varanda on the 6th floor is super!!!
I liked the hotel, clean, stylish, beautifully decorated) the rooms are small but cozy! Breakfast is a buffet, a varied selection. Conveniently located - close to many attractions, and close to the t1 tram stop)
Excellent hotel, wonderful rooms, modern stylish beautiful design. The rooms have a kettle, paper cups, 3 types of tea, instant coffee, 0.3 bottles of drinking water, herbal soap, shampoo and conditioner. The room was cleaned daily, towels are changed every day, washing products are updated every day, slippers are also updated. The staff is very friendly, all issues were resolved quickly. The restaurant is located at the very top, with panoramic windows, you have breakfast and admire the wonderful view. Convenient location, within walking distance of the main attractions. Only positive emotions remained. We will be happy to come again!
Merhaba! A wonderful hotel! I was very pleased! The most important thing worth noting is the rooftop restaurant - it offers a circular view of the Marmara Sea, Beaufort, the old city and the Asian part of Istanbul, the Golden Horn Bay, Sultanahmet Mosque and St. Sophia Cathedral, the dome of Little Sofia is visible. I will note the seagulls separately - they can steal food right from the table. The breakfasts are European-style, they cook delicious. The hotel is very conveniently located - Hippodrome Square is a maximum of 5 minutes on foot. You can also walk to the embankment in 10-15 minutes. Rooms for 4 stars are standard, everything you need is there and everything is clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, there are Russian-speaking staff. The room was cleaned daily with the replacement of towels, bathrobes and slippers. On the 1st floor there is a spa with saunas, baths, hammam (large and small) and massage for both one and two, although for an additional fee. There is room for a car, but not very much. Of course, you can put the car in if necessary, but it is easier to do this in the late afternoon. I would also like to note the presence, not far from the hotel, of exchangers with a fairly good exchange rate and ATMs on Alemdar Street. At the end of the review, I want to say a big thank you to the hotel staff. In general, I recommend the hotel.
Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Excellent location 5 min walk from the racetrack. Delicious and varied breakfasts. There are always hot dishes. And of course, an incomparable view of Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet and the Bosphorus Strait, for which we actually went to Istanbul.
The hotel is pleasant. It is well located. The beds in the room are comfortable. They're cleaning up. The hammam is good. Breakfast with a national accent, but there is a choice. The restaurant is on the 6th floor with a beautiful view. The reception is lazy.
The hotel is great! The location is gorgeous, everything is clean and beautiful. On the top floor there is a panoramic restaurant with stunning views! I recommend it!
clean, comfortable, cozy. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A non-smoking room was provided at my request. delicious breakfasts. beautiful view from the restaurant window. on the downside, the reception desk has a critically low currency exchange rate. We didn't have time to go to the spa. from the center and all the main attractions within walking distance.
A wonderful hotel , the staff is friendly, only the cleaning girl speaks Russian. The breakfasts are delicious, there are plenty to choose from. The design is the latest, everything is stylish. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor with a view of the Sultanahmet Mosque and the Marmara Sea. I recommend
The main advantage of this hotel is the location and excellent breakfasts on the roof with a beautiful view of the mosque and the sea. The rooms are not large, but they have everything you need
Daily cleaning
Kitchen in the restaurant for 5+
Location 5+
Nice, small hotel in the heart of the city. There are always drinks and snacks in the lobby for guests of the hotel and the restaurant, which is located on the roof and offers excellent views of Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. The rooms are small, clean, everything you need is available, very friendly staff. Breakfast on the roof in the morning.
Hello to all Russian people!we were with my wife at the end of July 2023, the hotel itself is not bad, the room is only small of course, but everything is clean and cleaned every day. I liked Istanbul itself in terms of history and beauty. But the cuisine and prices were just unpleasantly impressed, I didn't set foot on them anymore. For some reason, I always thought that Turkey was normal in terms of cuisine, but I was very wrong. Apparently, they are brainwashed thoroughly about Russophobia, everything is very expensive and just not tasty, this is kapets, not in this hotel, but generally everywhere around, as if they are being bullied. In general, out of 10-12 restaurants and cafes, I didn't try anything even a little bit delicious, but they gave me money like in the best restaurants in Moscow. For me, Turkey is haram, so that they can understand it there. The only thing I liked was an individual yacht trip along the Bosphorus, I don't remember the names of the guys, but good guys, they respect 28.07 from 19:30-20:30. The view from the hotel restaurant on the 6th floor is very beautiful👍
The hotel is conveniently located next to the historical center, 5 minutes away. walking. The rooms are cramped, there are programs in Russian (TV). The breakfasts are without frills, but quite...
A nice, clean hotel. Cozy rooms and delicious breakfasts. The room is cleaned daily. The location is a stone's throw from Sultanahmet Square. Next time we'll choose him again.
Beautiful hotel, convenient location. The staff is friendly. The rooms were clean, water, tea, coffee were provided free of charge. The terrace had a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfasts are normal, quite varied. In general, I liked everything!
A very nice cozy hotel. Great location. Delicious breakfast. Clean rooms, location for money. Either on the street or on the wall of the house. There is a beautiful view of the center at breakfast.
A good hotel, we found a clean room, but without a balcony with windows to the courtyard. We cleaned every day, we were very pleased that every day we brought bottles of water to the room in the morning. Breakfasts were held on the 6th floor on a closed terrace overlooking the Sultanahmet Mosque, the breakfasts seemed a little meager, but generally normal.
Enjoying the most beautiful, panoramic view from the roof of the hotel, sitting at a table in the restaurant. Delicious dishes!!! The hotel is very cozy, of the European line. We are grateful to Permonal for the respectful, attentive attitude to the guests and a wonderful stay!!!
A great hotel with a gorgeous view of the main mosques and the Bosphorus! Service SPA service- everything is fine. Within walking distance from the main attractions
The hotel is new. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfasts are very tasty (although only sausage and sometimes sausages are made from meat). The view from the terrace is very beautiful. Free drinks and cakes are served at the reception.
