I want to share an honest review. I am very glad that we have such a studio in our city. Now I advise all my friends to visit the Lady stretch stretching studio. Because I know from my own experience that this is a cool studio that helps to gain health, beauty, calmness, confidence. After giving birth, I couldn't straighten my back and lower back right in the hospital. There were terrible pains. I thought it would pass by itself, but it never did. I got injections, went to physio. Not everything was temporary. The pain did not subside, I walked like a grandmother. All the relatives, acquaintances, neighbors who saw me were scared of my appearance. They said she was so young, but she was not healthy.You walk like a grandmother. They pitied me. I couldn't do anything about the house. It bothered me. I stopped going outside. So we stayed at home all summer. Self-esteem was falling every day. I thought I was not far from a wheelchair. Then I was advised to go to the Lady stretch stretching studio. My husband immediately said go try it. So in October, I went to a trial class. At that time, the child was already 8-9 months old. This is how much I suffered. I came to them with the whole oblique curve. During the trial flexible back session, the coach took into account all my illnesses (hernia, protrusions) and my condition at that time. She chose the right exercises for me. I really enjoyed the lesson and I bought a subscription for a year. I also got a discount in honor of my birthday, which was very nice. And they gave me a free workout. After a month, the pain began to subside and I began to straighten up. I started doing the usual chores around the house. I was very pleased with all this. Now it's been 3 months and I've straightened up. I can walk alone, unaccompanied. Thanks to all the coaches and studios. I am very grateful. And it's also cool that there is a special Lady stretch application where you can sign up for a class yourself. Choose the day and time as it suits you. You can choose a coach for whom you want to go. If it doesn't work out, you can cancel the lesson yourself, or you can sign up for a waiting list. If you walk in the morning, you also have your privileges. In short, the studio does everything for our convenience. For our health. The coaches are all beauties. One is more beautiful than the other. You look at them and get motivated. The studio is always clean. They provide a change of shoes. Hair dryer,creams, towels,personal hygiene products. It is very cool. Because our women can have force majeure situations at any moment))) there are scales, those who do not have a home can weigh themselves there. It is very good that there is such a studio in our city. I wish the studio prosperity and expansion. Студия Lady Stretch - студия, которую я очень давно искала. Но после открытия в Павлодаре, не могла добраться до нее целый год 🤦🏻‍♀️ В августе впервые посетила занятие и осталась от него в восторге. От индивидуального подхода, от приятной атмосферы тепла, доброжелательности и уюта, от профессионализма тренера, от условий абонемента. В общем, картинка сложилась довольно благоприятная и впечатляющая. И на протяжении этих месяцев, что я занимаюсь здесь, картинка не изменилась, впечатление осталось прежним. Как бонус к этому - различные акции и "вкусняшки" в виде конкурсов, розыгрышей. Хочу выделить особо тренера Ольгу, просто потому, что пришло понимание - это мой тренер :) хоть и все остальные девушки - классные тренера. Девочки на ресепшене - милые создания , которые всегда объяснят, помогут, подскажут, обязательно поинтересуются, как твои дела и пожелают хорошего утра/дня/вечера. Спасибо, что вы есть 🌹
