It's a terrible place. I do not advise anyone to order something. The delivery arrived 3 hours later and then I had to remind myself with calls. The attitude is boorish. But the most important thing is the flowers - it's just withered grass, the place of which was in the trash yesterday.

We live in the Russian Federation, we decided to order a bouquet for my Mother via Instagram in this organization. There was an agreement for 12:00 on 08/31/20. as a result, the bouquet was brought at 14:00, but that would be all right , the bouquet did not contain the flowers that we ordered , we ordered hydrangeas , and acts with roses . As a result, a bouquet of only asters with 3 roses was obtained (it looks like a field harvest).
The precipitation is maximum . The gift and the mood are ruined .
They also asked to send a photo before delivery. The photo was not provided .
