The architecture of the residential complex is impressive, there is an excellent courtyard area for children, there is a small Gym for residents. The location is good. The apartments are warm, even too much in winter, but you can turn it down. The windows are aluminum with 3 panes. There are terraces, as well as roof terraces. In general, the neighbors are adequate, very friendly, and spend holidays together. Still, a store inside the residential complex would be absolutely fine.

It's a bit difficult to get there, and it's difficult to get into the courtyards (if you're a guest). The courtyard is nicely decorated.

The place is great. I work and live here. It is not stuffy and not hot in summer, in winter the apartments are also very warm.
