Laffa is just a wonderful cafe. The kebabs are at a high level. I often order various takeaway dishes there. Various salads are cooked deliciously, the slave is excellent. And what's great is the prices are affordable. And cranberry compote has never tasted better anywhere else. The service is also at a good level. The waiters are attentive and polite. The service is fast, although there are always plenty of people in the cafe. Sometimes you have to book a table in advance.

I hope that after the upgrade of the whole type (by the way, the old retro was atmospheric), everything - the quality of food and service, will remain at least at the level before the changes, and at most they will improve. And now about the cons: perhaps due to the fact that this place is very popular, there is a huge influx of customers here. There is a long queue all the way to the exit. You have to write in a journal and wait for the nearest table to be available. At the same time, there is not even a bench at the entrance where you could wait out the queue. And because of the repairs, the cooks and staff have to work at the entrance, covered with an awning, which makes it terribly hot and smells of oil
However, I don't quite understand even why it was necessary to continue the work of the institution if you are undergoing repairs. Close conditions for everyone

Dear administration, I would like to address you. We used to visit your cafe often, because the food was always delicious, the atmosphere and service were excellent. But, unfortunately, our last visits to you have left only unpleasant emotions. There was a banquet on August 29, at which we were served by a young, and apparently inexperienced waitress. In principle, she did not come to us, she did not clean the table, in order to order something, we had to run around the hall ourselves and look for her. But these are just the flowers. Not only did she bring the WRONG orders, but when I asked her "Is this for sure?", she confidently replied "Yes, of course." There is a separate story about the hot stuff. We ordered all the food in advance (a day in advance), and the hot stuff was supposed to be brought to us at 19.00. And do you know what time it was delivered? Closer to 21.00. Moreover, the table was already almost empty, only empty plates (because they were not cleaned from us), and we were terribly uncomfortable in front of the guests we invited. And when we made a remark to the receptionist so that at least she could somehow influence the waitress, NOTHING changed at all. As it turned out, the receptionist was also new. And why do we need such workers who cannot influence their subordinates in any way? In general, we will look for another place for gatherings, but we will not go there anymore.
