In general, the establishment is very good. With varying success, the kitchen is good. There were periods of deterioration in the kitchen and service. Everything is fine now. I would like to see an improvement in the quality of service. Waiters are often absent-minded and not attentive. The question is why? Fatigue and work schedule are possible. As it is, I really like the place. I've been walking and I'll be walking here. I really like the atmosphere and everything is very tasty.
We had dinner at the end of November.
The waiter quickly accepted the order: borscht, mashhurda, herring under a fur coat, pilaf, chicken sissy and branded flatbread. If desired, they can bring courses either when ready or all at once.
- Borscht is very tasty with a slight sourness, vegetables and meat in moderation;
- Mashhurda, also delicious and rich;
- the herring under the fur coat is fresh, the salad is not clogged with mayonnaise, which is also a plus;
- pilaf is a real Tashkent / festive / wedding, tastier than it is cooked in Tashkent itself, rice is cooked properly, there are yellow and red carrots, raisins and chickpeas;
- chicken sissy under a layer of good cheese and tomato circles is also delicious, rice and some Korean carrots perfectly complemented the dish;
- the branded tortilla is small in size, baked, not empty, very tasty.
I recommend it!
