The store has the kindest impression. I bought a sofa, it turned out- with a small marriage. According to the rules, one part should have been replaced in a couple of days. But I really needed to go much faster. And! Oh, a miracle! Two hours after the request, I received a call from the store and was told that a replacement had come for the defective part. Thank you very much to the staff of AMI furniture at the Factory.I called the same store before buying, they answered promptly, found information, and called back themselves. The store is huge and the assortment is impressive, while the prices for many types of goods are lower than those of other sellers in the city - I bought many small things with pleasure. But I did not decide on a solid purchase - almost every time I was near the cash register, I heard a showdown between buyers and sellers on the quality of the purchased furniture - well, that's my luck)
