On August 1, 2022, I left a reservation for the HAITI suspension chair at a price of 329 rubles (special offer). On August 03, I came to pick up the chair, its cost is already 399 rubles. N.A. Gusakova asked the seller why I couldn't buy an armchair at the price that I had when I booked the armchair? To which the seller rudely replied to me that it was necessary to make an advance payment. I said that I had not been told about it, to which the seller, Mr., Ah, said that it was not her problem. The manager was not in the store, but the deputy. the manager told me that the reservation does not oblige them to anything at all. And in general, it is not the first time in this and other AMI-furniture stores that I have come across rudeness of sellers and lack of competence.

Dresser Alba 4 (Zhlobinmebel), the quality is low, and with a defect, (I waited 2.5 weeks for the replacement of several parts) and put one part under replacement with half-drilled extra holes (for two handles) although the chest of drawers comes with one handle, and without holes through, which should be under one handle in the center of the door. I don't recommend it.
