I called in advance and booked a room, I said that we would arrive somewhere at 1:00.1:30 a.m. from zhitikara, when we arrived they said that they did not know anything, there was no reservation, the staff did not transmit information to each other when handing over the shift, it was not comfortable waiting for another 30 minutes until the room was removed, from which they were about to move out the guests.
