There was no way to go to another store of this chain when you needed a product from the assortment on the site. They said that there is no product in this store and there will not be. And another point: customers can close the door without explaining when the car arrived to receive the goods, just the answer: "we don't know how long it will take." As a result: they left without buying. I did not specify this issue in the materials on consumer rights, perhaps this is in the order of the norm.
