We arrived with our family by car from Tashkent.
I recommend it to everyone! Calm, quiet, and very beautiful.
We took a cottage in the 12th building.
Underfloor heating, and there is absolutely everything for living in it. Products can be purchased at the store.

A quiet place, no scooters and other entertainment, which is good for a family holiday. The dirt road is bad 7 kilometers from the highway. There are no noisy companies, at least when we were. The area is not large, but very clean. The parking lot was packed, there was practically no space, I parked in the back. The Internet is working fine. You need to cook yourself (everything you need is available), although there is a cafe, but the prices are too high. There is a shop on site, at the entrance it is better than near the beach.
A review for 2024, maybe something will change.

Far from the road. Public transport does not run. There are no store standards. The store is 15km away.

A wonderful place to relax with family or friends.Very clean beach and cozy cottages. There is a playground, a cafe and a shop.The rooms have everything you need for a long stay.The hospitality is on top.

Everything is fine! But you need to go with your own products! You can buy only the most necessary things on the spot! And so 7 km of gravel, and there are already slightly better shops there :)
