This service is just terrible! We signed up for a spa program for my mom, but instead of meeting her, we waited 15 minutes because the receptionist was late for work. Then the real comedy began: they couldn't find our record, although I wrote to them on Instagram in advance and received confirmation!
When the receptionist finally came, Mom was still accepted, but the massage room was disgustingly dirty — hair on the floor and dust everywhere! She waited for the masseur for 20 minutes, and in the end it turns out that the masseur just forgot about her! This is a complete trash! We had to pack up and leave. How can you ruin a day that was supposed to be a birthday present for my mom like that? This is simply unacceptable!

Everything is OK with massage, Oksana was a specialist and did her job well. After the massage and shower, it was all over. I asked the administrator why there was no Jacuzzi in the program, to which they replied, oh, but we have optional, not all guests want, you did not say what you want and we forgot to offer you. As a result, she left. Girls, if you want a cool spa, go to Diamond)) I love their spa, but this time I decided to try something new, I regretted it. As a result, I do not recommend it, there are other more interesting spas in Tashkent.

Several times in a row they tried to cheat in their favor + they are slow to think when a client wants to make an appointment for a certain time with a certain master, they have to explain for half an hour and as a result they will still make mistakes - they will write down for the wrong time or to the wrong master🤦
Recently, Lake Spa has raised prices by +50%. I still did not understand what justified such a decision, nothing seems to have changed, they just decided to raise the price
