I came with my daughter for a coated manicure, but in the end they didn't give me a coating, they said that my nails were short. They just did a manicure, the nail plate was cut from above and all the nails were scratched from above, because of this they had to be covered with clear varnish, and they smeared their hands with paraffin (which I did not ask for), and as a result they counted the manicure separately, the SPA separately, and the varnish coating separately. But that's nothing, the funniest thing was when my daughter was considered the cost of the design. Note to the girls who will go there, the drawing of 1 star on a short nail is considered by them as a complex design. In the photo, these are my daughter's nails, 20,000 were charged separately for these 2 nails (past the price for manicure and coating) having said that, it's a complex design😂😂😂

the staff is rude, the quality of the work is also so-so. I did eyelashes and manicure + pedicure in 4 hands, after a week there were no eyelashes left, and the girl who did the pedicure did not say either "hello" or "goodbye". as usual in such places, all they are interested in is taking their job or someone else's, this question is asked first of all. but the windows are located quickly, for this I like.
