The salon is beautiful, there are many procedures, but I am surprised by the approach of the staff. I went with my friends to the so-called solarium. This device is called collagenarium for a reason, since it is not intended for tanning the skin. We thought something was wrong with us until we went to other places. I wrote them a review about it on Instagram, instead of somehow correcting the situation, they deleted it. I wrote a second review asking why they deleted it? They were blacklisted . It turns out that this is just marketing and divorce, they don't care that people go risking their health for a beautiful tan, we all know that a solarium is still harmful) As a result, not getting it in this salon. A terrible salon!!
Manicure is far from cheap, but the way they do it is a separate kind of art
The process itself is like everyone else's, but the result may leave you without a nail with an open wound🙂
With a hygienic manicure, the master can safely cut down the cuticle with a frieze until it bleeds, then it hurts to wash your hands with warm water. I did my first manicure with a TOP Master, this is the most expensive master, and by the time her manicure was removed, I was left without half a nail on my little finger, the master put the material on the finger itself, sawed the nail down to the state of a napkin and because of this, a chemical burn from the material turned out that now the little finger cannot be covered until the "meat" grows
This is about 3 months, and in addition to everything, the limited capabilities of the right hand on which the wounded little finger, any contact with water, any accidental touch to anything with a wound, liquid discomfort
I already made a coating from another master this afternoon, by the evening the corner of the nail had already broken off, despite the fact that the reinforcement was done.
You can also not count on customer orientation, the administrator was told about the "wonderful" consequences of their salon's manicure, showed bare skin where the nail should be "oh damn, now you have to walk like that" EVERYTHING!
No apologies for the harm caused and the consequences away, I didn't even ask which master did it, which means they absolutely don't care about their customers, and they don't aim at what people would come back to them!
2 manicures = 2 disappointments , only one of them with consequences for a couple of months
I do not recommend this salon to anyone, the prices do not justify themselves
I am silent about the fact that I came for a manicure for 65 GEL , and left 130🙂
For 2 chaotic stripes you will give 30 GEL on 10 fingers

I signed up for an alexandrite laser hair removal procedure. The specialist was late, and when she entered the office, she asked which laser we would use. I clarified that I had signed up for alexandrite. I was informed that this procedure is performed only on a pre-shaved area.
I have previously undergone alexandrite laser procedures in different countries and have never encountered such a requirement anywhere. The main advantage of this laser is that it burns hair, and the effect is immediately noticeable. When recording, no one warned me about the need to prepare the zone.
When I asked the question: "What do you propose to do in such a situation?", the specialist replied: "I do not know." This answer caused me disappointment and bewilderment. Absolute lack of customer orientation!
For such cases, the salon could keep disposable machines available, as many professional institutions do. Or send the administrator to the nearest store for the machine and include its cost in the procedure.
Think twice before contacting us here. Customers are not appreciated here! I definitely don't plan to come back here.

The other day, my children and I (8 and 9 years old) got a very good and quick haircut. While you're waiting, you can have a snack at the cafe in the same building. I bought a croissant "Batumi", "Lviv". I really liked the first option. Sauces are on fire. Coffee and tea are also delicious. It's clean around. In the bakery, all products are made by a pretty baker herself, with her own hands, even pulls puff pastry. You can watch the process. There is no freezing. There was also some kind of fragrant pie, a classic croissant and a Brownie.

I went for a manicure, everything was fine, but last time they added more than half the cost of a manicure to the receipt for strengthening, although I told the master that no fortifications needed to be done. In addition, the master said that she understood everything and did not say a word that strengthening would be added. At the reception, they did not give any intelligible answer except "this is a new master, we will talk to him". When writing to them, they promised to give feedback and solve the situation, but they disappeared. I will not return to the salon anymore

I was here for laser hair removal (diode laser, zone: deep bikini).
One of the advantages is that the administrator met at the entrance, they started on time, without delay, the laser itself (corresponds to the description of the salon, I did hair removal earlier in another salon - gave a good result).
Everything else is cons:
The girl who performed the epilation is quite friendly, but! I couldn't get into the office properly - I ran away halfway to take pictures of something from another master, I had to wait.
We came to a very uncomfortable office, which resembles rather the treatment room of a polyclinic, where there is not even a place to put your things... The chair is located directly opposite the translucent glass door.
In the same room at the entrance there is an incomprehensible table with drugs that were disassembled by another employee who left before the procedure began, but! in the middle of the procedure, I wanted to come back and tried to open the door! (Thank God that the master did not allow this to be done ...)
Doubts also appeared about the competence of the master: she did not ask any questions, for example, she did not ask about contraindications. (Protective glasses are also apparently not provided for either the master or the client. A marker for painting over moles too.) I quickly went through the entire zone of the double in 3 minutes at maximum power (despite requests to adjust it due to sensitivity), but the effect of the procedure was.
I am upset because I expected what was advertised - the quality of the premium salon. I will look for another studio.
