Previously, when visiting this institution there were only positive emotions, but now there were only ice in the cocktail on 05.11.2023, it was terrible, then there were also this, but they did not write reviews, they thought this was an isolated case, but there is again the same taste, there is no pile of ice, just horror threw out 2 cocktails.

We decided to go with our family to remember the taste of a cocktail, as in childhood. Alas, there is no cocktail. Chilled milk and the cheapest syrup. It does not even whip, but immediately layers. For two Ecstasy cakes, one napkin - saving even on this and a small plastic spoon. But it is impossible for her to eat this cake - it is very shortbread. Although I ate Estarkhazi in Mogilev, it is much tastier there and the taste of almond flour is felt. There is one TV on one side with cartoons, but the sound is drowned out by the work of the mixers. There is no money for the second one, well, then at least the mirror should be hung on the opposite side. It is a pity that only the name remains of the "Delicacy"... I do not recommend visiting!!!

Sooo slow service: 5 people crawled in front of me for twenty minutes. the unfortunate cocktail waited another 10 minutes after the order, but according to taste: they could just pour syrup into the milk and not steam. the cocktail is warm, stupidly milk with syrup and ice cream ran past somewhere. I have never drunk a worse cocktail yet. the first desire was to throw it in the trash after the first sip. I wanted soft Italian ice cream and a cone to take. answer: there is no weed, we do not have time to cook. then why put it in the price list at all? And like the cherry on the cake: not working air conditioning and terrible stuffiness in the room.
P.S. Babruisk service in its worst manifestations. from the former delicacy, only the name. Don't set foot there anymore

I doubt that the place where they eat is suitable for a dog to walk around the hall. And with such a staff and level of service, there is no desire to return at all. Questions about desserts can either be ignored, pretending to be busy or being answered reluctantly. There were two people sitting in the hall, and I was alone at the cash register, but I waited until they put 3 eclairs in a box for about 7-10 minutes (it seemed that they just forgot)

The milkshakes were terribly ruined ! We took cappuccino - whipped milk (( we stood in line for 20 minutes, it took the same amount to find a place to sit down - it's not there! 5 tables that are always occupied , and as soon as someone is going to free them, there is a fight for a place for life and death - who managed to sit down)) we sat down at a table on the street - not a single trash can within a radius of 100 meters , the desserts are good , but I understand the staff has nothing to do with them - they are imported . In general, it's terrible!
