Overall, everything looks nice, but the whole impression is spoiled by the complete lack of sound insulation in the room: you can hear not only people in the hallway, but even someone taking a shower in one of the neighboring rooms and flushing the toilet. It's still bearable during the day, but at night it's just a tin can. I would put 3* for this, but I can't raise my hand - in general, this is a pleasant hotel. Well, another disadvantage is that wifi does not always work.
