Как оказалось магазин и его мастера по укладки ламината в подарок, отказывают нелегальные услуги по установке плинтусов получая деньги не облагающееся налогами, наличкой без чеков и накладных , при укладке ламината мастера магазина предложил услуги по установке плинтусов, при этому пробил проводку не звенившись и не предложив решения проблем мастера ушёл сославшись на изменение в проекте электоропроводке хотя ее небыло. P.s исковое заявление и горисполком комиссия права потребителя всё будет ! Для руководства .
Заказывали ламинат, устроило то, что в заказ входит бесплатная укладка. Как же мы ошиблись! Не знаю, кто писал предыдущие восторженные отзывы, но мастера работают отвратительно, формально подходят к работе, "на отвали". То им двери мешают, то им пол кривой. Оставили кусок неуложенного ламината "т. К. Мешала старая дверь, (которую так же планировали менять), со словами" пусть когда вам двери менять будут, установщик доложит, нам не удобно работать". (то есть кто-то должен за них их работу выполнять). Неделю вызванивала, чтобы они пришли и доделали свои недоработки, при этом теперь их не устроила уже новая дверь. В общем, сама никогда больше не обращусь в эту организацию, и другим не рекомендую.
