Not very. The staff is not friendly. Of the blankets, only thin blankets. There is no drinking water. It is located in the residential complex. And the locals are aggressive towards the hotel guests. We lived in a two-room room. Luxury, deluxe, I don't remember. The windows almost do not open - there is a limiter immediately. Kondey is plowing. There is a large refrigerator and a stove. There are no dishes to cook in. (we ate in a Week or in a Nawat). The washing machine is mega ancient.. At night, a huge cockroach crawled out in the bathroom. The audibility is huge. One of the advantages is an awesome soft mattress. I love these. You lie down and it's like on a cloud.

We booked a suite through Booking, indicated 2 guests. It is indicated that the check-in time from 12:30 was waited for another hour until the room was cleaned. Towels and linen were only for 1 guest, I had to ask for the second one, they gave me a blanket without a duvet cover. They asked for a second key, it was not there, they told them to come to the reception. On the day of check-in, they announced that breakfast was included in the price, 2 days later on the day of departure they asked to pay for breakfast. At breakfast, a cleaner will follow you and make sure that you take only one egg, they have everything counted)))) In the bathroom, the pull-out locker turned out to be taped and almost fell out on his leg when opening. The room has an electric stove, but there is nothing but 2 teacups, 2 teaspoons and 2 saucers. The air conditioner does not have a remote control, it works only for heat. There is a trash can in the room only in the toilet. After cleaning, dust remained in the corners in tangles, and there were papers from previous guests under the sink in the locker. Documents confirming the payment have not been issued. The room price is $ 53 per night.

Which, there was no trace of. Before taking a shower, I had to flush the hot water for 5-8 minutes to make it hot. The bathroom itself is spacious. Not to mention the equipped shower, made of a cramped bathtub that will only fit school-age children. Neither a bath nor a shower. In general, you need to redo them.
For 25 thousand / tenge per day, the management, or the administrator of this institution, could have foreseen and eliminated all these shortcomings in advance.
The result of my assessment about this hotel is 3 stars, due to free underground parking.
