It is spacious and clean both in the common room and in the fitting rooms. A large mirror, a sofa is very appropriate. Plants are appropriate in the decor.

A great pick-up point, I often come here. The girls are always friendly and polite, the only inconvenience is that you cannot pay for the purchase partly in cash, partly by card at the Lamoda PVZ.

Very convenient location. There is a subway nearby. Everything is fine inside the order pick-up point itself, too. Clean, spacious, lots of fitting rooms, a huge mirror. The staff works quickly. They treat visitors very politely. Everything is at the highest level!

Firstly, you cannot pay for the purchase partially by card and partially in cash. Because of this, I had to walk to the ATM through mud, snow and frost. While I was standing in line at the ATM, the system froze at the pick-up point, and when I returned I had to spend another 30 minutes just to pay for the order. A terrible first impression, I do not recommend it.
P.S. There are no complaints about the staff, polite and professional.
