There is no water pressure (i.e. if you have hair on your head, do not rinse it)) Yes, sometimes you just stand there waiting for the water to start flowing, and if the light is turned off (and it can be turned off several times during the day) then there is no water at all 🤣 refrigerators work very poorly, the washing machine is generally a separate topic - moreover, it is one for more than 20 rooms, it does not erase, it gives an error, the hostess says this from a lack of electricity, but it is not so, she just turns her "brains" 3 times, and an error. A microwave oven?? She doesn't work there at all for beauty!!! In general, for 4,500 you can find a much better place to live

I am waiting for a refund, the situation is this- I paid 4000 rubles for the reservation. I wrote to the hostess that I was coming at night on August 8, she offered to reserve the 7th day so as not to wait until 12 o'clock to check in, arriving at my room was occupied, the answer was that you did not arrive 7 🤔. I sent her all the correspondence, of course, the person may be confused, but the money can be returned. We found a much better place and closer.

Beware of SCAMMERS! We booked through Booking. 2 months before the holiday, the hostess of the Madonna guest house called and asked me to make a payment for two days of stay in the amount of 3,000 rubles, as a guarantee that I would definitely arrive. I paid immediately. Unfortunately, a month before the holiday, I had to cancel my reservation due to illness. In a month!!!! What a month they haven't found someone to check into my room for these dates? She asked for the money back more than once. At first, they accused me of canceling my reservation and booking another hotel in Sochi and the Booking allegedly fined them. And there a completely different person changed the reservation with a different name and reservation number. Then they wrote that there was no money on the card, and to replenish the account you need to go to Sochi, since there are no ATMs in Abkhazia. A disgrace and a bottom! The little thieves have disgraced the entire people of the Caucasus and resorts in their unscrupulous face! By the way, this hotel cannot be booked on Booking now. Probably the platform blocked these collective farmers with their "service" because of this attitude towards the guests.
