I wrote to the hostess that I was coming at night on August 8, she offered to reserve the 7th day so as not to wait until 12 o'clock to check in, arriving at my room was occupied, the answer was that you did not arrive 7 🤔. What a month they haven't found someone to check into my room for these dates? She asked for the money back more than once. At first, they accused me of canceling my reservation and booking another hotel in Sochi and the Booking allegedly fined them. And there a completely different person changed the reservation with a different name and reservation number. Then they wrote that there was no money on the card, and to replenish the account you need to go to Sochi, since there are no ATMs in Abkhazia. A disgrace and a bottom! The little thieves have disgraced the entire people of the Caucasus and resorts in their unscrupulous face! By the way, this hotel cannot be booked on Booking now. Probably the platform blocked these collective farmers with their "service" because of this attitude towards the guests.

We had a rest in July 2019. I liked everything very much!! Hospitable hosts!! Delicious cuisine. Special respect to the cook Lyuba! The sea is just around the corner. I recommend it for a relaxing family vacation. I will be happy to come again.
