We were very satisfied with the hotel!
1. Stunning view from the room (the hotel is located on a hill)
2. Privacy and tranquility, while walking slowly to the center for 7 minutes
3. Attentive and helpful staff, the hotel owner is a very pleasant person - he always helped with all questions!
4. Delicious breakfasts (I tried cooking with pepper for the first time)
5. It is possible to use a washing machine
I definitely recommend you to visit the hotel of prosperity and development!

Pros: Excellent rooms and views on the floors above the second floor. There is no privacy on the first floor (the street is nearby, people walk by), the smell of a cat litter (there are a lot of cats in the Porridge). The rooms themselves are comfortable and cozy enough (again, there will be a very spacious balcony on the second floor and above, possibly with a view of the sea).
Cons: weird breakfast. If you take it for one, it will generally do, there are traditional olives, omelet, cheese with honey. But if you are with your family, then a disproportionate number of people will be brought to everyone and there will be significantly less food for one.

We lived on the 2nd floor, you don't need to choose the first one, because they have breakfast nearby and it's not very comfortable to dry things. The room has a mountain view and a side sea view from the balcony.
Positive
The location is within walking distance from the center, to the bus station on foot 15 minutes to the hill. The street is quiet, there are no restaurants and bars.
A bed for a child was made, towels according to the number of people.
In sufficient quantities, soap, gel, give cotton swabs in a set, washcloths for washing.
You can get drinking water at the reception
Breakfast is beautifully decorated
Minuses
There are few dishes, some dirty. Upon request, additional dishes, napkins were brought, the lid for the pan and dishwashing detergent were replaced.
The room is old, the furniture is battered.
The towels are grey, washed.
Gas stove
Knives are blunt
There is not enough light, dim lamps
The lamp in the bedroom is dirty with flies
Air conditioning is only in the large room, there is no air conditioning in the bedroom
The door to the balcony does not close from the inside
There is no YouTube or movie subscriptions
The room was shaded, it was not very hot, we slept without air conditioning.
In general, the hotel is good, but now we would choose a newer one and closer to the bus station

Very nice apartment hotel. Great view from the balcony to the sea. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchen-living room and a bedroom. There is a stove and refrigerator in the kitchen. Cleaning once a week with a change of linen. I really liked it.

Nice, clean, cozy apartment, close to the main Kash square, but quiet.
There are rooms with sea views, I advise you to take them. The rooms are updated for each season.
The breakfasts are not bad, they bring a small portion - a small traditional Turkish breakfast.
Friendly staff.

The spacious room has a kitchen, refrigerator, wardrobe. Good internet connection. Clean linen, the rooms are almost new. Breakfast in the courtyard: jam, butter, bread, coffee, tea, omelette or scrambled eggs, olives. If the room has a sea view, it's a little noisy from the road, but very beautiful, the sea is close. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. There is an air conditioner.
