We were with friends at this institution, very hungry after the road. We waited for the soup for 40 minutes, the result was tasteless. The girl took the order, asked not to put greens in one soup, as a result, no one put greens. Also, one of the dishes was asked to replace rice with noodles, the waitress girl accepted the order and said that they would replace it, everything is fine. Bottom line: a guy brings a dish of rice, we tell him that we ordered noodles. To which he was able to say one word "impossible", could not even say a full sentence in Russian, left the dish and left.
The order also included mantas with meat and pumpkin, the result: they were brought simply with meat. Why do we choose, ask for something to be removed if the waiters bring what they want? How to communicate with the staff and explain if they do not understand and do not speak Russian ???!

It's just a laugh. Later, we decided to go to the restaurant ourselves. We waited a long time for the order, the waiter mixed up the positions, the ingredients were not reported in one dish. The service is at zero in short, they left well-fed, but dissatisfied as much as possible. Almost every day I pass by the restaurant and in 7 cases out of 10 the staff, including the chefs, sit outside and smoke. Everything would be fine if orders were accepted and given and the work was done so that customers were satisfied.
