I was passing through Petropavlovsk and looked into this cafe because this place is quite popular in Almaty.
What I want to note is that it is a good service. But the quality of the kitchen is very lame. The noodles were just tasteless water with pieces of meat and noodles...
I didn't like the Manta rays either. The dough is thick, and the meat is just veins. I couldn't eat either noodles or manta
rays. I also want to note that it's the 21st century and the owners of decent establishments offer free Internet in the form of Wi-Fi, but they haven't heard of this here.
In general, 3 stars only for the friendliness of the waiters and cleanliness.

Then they placed an order, said 15-20 minutes, and after that they brought a combo with noodles...My daughter has already eaten everything, and we are waiting..Damn, I'm hungry for more than 30 minutes and there are no dumplings..I called, they said, well, wait for 2 minutes.. it took another 7 minutes...my goodness, these are clearly gray flour of the lowest grade, well, they would be delicious, but no, they are not only gray, they are also stuck together, there is practically no meat in 2 dumplings, onions and dough, and the meat stinks like processed...The dreadful pelemens are the cheapest ...although judging by the fact that they are gnarled and uneven, they should be hand-molded ...
In short, a combo of 1950 dumplings is about 1,500 compote 900 (for 2 glasses) and 2 pampushki costs more than 300 per piece...Sorry, the service is disgusting, the dishes are 50% disgusting, and the prices are absolutely cosmic..yes, go to any bakery with a garlic pampushka of 80 tenge, but not 350 tenge...and they don't serve evenly, we thought we'd have a quick snack, but we lost an hour and it wasn't delicious, and we gave away more than 5 thousand

I don't know how it is for a small city in Kazakhstan, but by Russian standards the prices are as affordable as possible, the food is very tasty.
If we count in rubles, then we all ate 2500 rubles, so we somehow left and ordered pizza with us, because after the border we still have 600 km to go home.
The service is fast, there is ample free parking, even at lunchtime.
