It is clear that the waiters are still inexperienced, a little afraid to communicate, but they know the menu well. A little more confidence, guys, you will succeed) As the waiter told me, they have a concept of home comfort and peace of mind. It absolutely corresponds to the feelings inside the institution. True, it was a bit noisy in places because of the bar, but even this added to the atmosphere in its own way. The kitchen menu is small, but at the same time interesting and delicious, especially tar-tar) an extensive bar where you can choose something to your liking and in the mood. I also want to mention the music, which is calm and seems to fit the concept. I have long wanted to get into an institution where out-of-breath waiters do not run, three-story swearing from the kitchen is not heard, and the huge, uncomprehending eyes of the bartenders (I hope they will understand me).
