The place is quite cozy, with a pleasant warm interior. The menu is varied, the staff is polite, although slightly inexperienced. I ordered cream soup and caesar, the cream soup was delicious, although the sourness of the ham slightly spoiled the taste. I didn't like Caesar because of the huge amount of breadcrumbs, which were in the form of crumbs, and not cubes, which made them very dry to the mouth. The chicken in the salad was a little bland too. But in general it is edible, although this dish can be improved. Just because of the subjective opinion on the dishes, the institution gets 4 out of 5.

An interesting and cozy place. The atmosphere is calm. Friendly staff. All smiles) it was nice to be there. It is clear that the waiters are still inexperienced, a little afraid to communicate, but they know the menu well. A little more confidence, guys, you will succeed) As the waiter told me, they have a concept of home comfort and peace of mind. It absolutely corresponds to the feelings inside the institution. True, it was a bit noisy in places because of the bar, but even this added to the atmosphere in its own way. The kitchen menu is small, but at the same time interesting and delicious, especially tar-tar) an extensive bar where you can choose something to your liking and in the mood. I also want to mention the music, which is calm and seems to fit the concept. I have long wanted to get into an institution where out-of-breath waiters do not run, three-story swearing from the kitchen is not heard, and the huge, uncomprehending eyes of the bartenders (I hope they will understand me). This is really an institution for peace of mind, I hope it will stay that way. Good luck to this place)

The cafe has only recently opened, but judging by the load, it is popular.
It's a pretty cozy place in the city center.
A waiter greets you at the entrance and offers you free seats to choose from - this is how it should be. But we don't always get what we want.
The waiter took the order, gave a very detailed description of the dish, offered something that was not on the menu.
The food turned out to be quite tasty.

One of the favorite establishments of the city of Brest, despite the fact that they opened recently. Varied, delicious menu, pleasant atmosphere. But the heart of the establishment is the staff. Lately, I've been visiting this place a lot. In addition to aesthetics in the interior, I would like to say about the feeling of coziness and comfort that can be read in every design element (color, materials).
All this is in perfect harmony with the simple and understandable, but at the same time delicious dishes presented in the compact menu. The dishes are decorated in a very attractive and appetizing way. The portions, in my opinion, are huge, as is the choice of drinks

Low score due to breakfast.
Positive:
An evening visit is a great option for a date.:

- Pleasant atmosphere
Coffee is very tasty (especially flat white and espresso macchiato)

Cons (breakfast):
✖ Food:
- Taste and serving – 3/10
- In the fitness breakfast: dry chicken, almost rotten salad, strange serving of poached eggs (but the potatoes are delicious)
- Not all items are available
✖ Service: long wait (compared to the evening)
✖ Space: too crowded between tables
Conclusion:
✅ In the evening, I recommend it, a great place for a date.
For breakfast, I don't recommend it, it's better to look for other options.
It's a pity that morning and evening are like two different places. I would like to have the same level!

It's a very decent place. I had salad, borscht and steak. Everything is super cooked. I did not specify the steak roasting, they made medium rare by default. Pork rinds for borscht are served separately — it's a small thing, but it's a concern.
I was here during rush hour, many people went to a business lunch, while the kitchen worked quickly, and the bathroom was in perfect condition.

How can I prepare chanterelles for 1 day of work!?
In the photo, a pizza with Parma ham and peach, the composition also contains basil, where is the basil if it is arugula !?)
The owners of the newly opened institution themselves do not distinguish basil from arugula, or they consider their guests to be do not understand who !?)))
