It 's a disgusting place . Complete unsanitary conditions . No cleaning ,
the floors are sticky , the hair is all over , the bed is dirty . The staff is terrible. There is no choice of food , the dishes are dirty . Dirty plates are on the floor in the corridors for days. It's a terrible place
So, hello to all readers!
I'm not going to say that everything was bad, or even better. But after my comment, you will be able to make your own decision and decide whether it is worth it.
I took a cheap tour, 50 rubles for two for 8 nights. We arrived at night, there was no food, there are no restaurants in the area. We talked to the vacationers - they scared us, they say the food is disgusting, and the nearest shops are in Alanya, to take a walk in Alanya. Bus #1 is going to Alanya, I don't know how long to go. Our trip was planned purely for relaxing at the basik and on the beach.
The hotel is declared as 4*, although the huge territory and 4 buildings are for all 5*. But that was not the case. Service for 2..
Upon arrival, we were met at the reception by a Russian-speaking guy, Ruslan, thank you so much for everything! He gave me water and settled me in the main building overlooking the sea. Sociable and kind.
There were no towels in the room, we couldn't wash for another couple of hours. There really is only one store - there are sweets and that's all. And everything, of course, is not cheap. Angry and hungry, we went to bed.
In the morning, after setting the alarm for 7, we ran to eat. Yes, it is to eat. For breakfast, they give pancakes with "nutella", boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and greens. In general, for a light breakfast, it will do.
For lunch every day rice, every other day potatoes or pasta, a lot of vegetables, pickles and fruits - in principle, there is plenty of everything. Dinner is a half-eaten lunch and something else new. There is little meat, mostly chicken. There are no fish (we met her once a week and few in number)
Every day, new faces were visible arriving, but leaving the next morning. These are mostly people with children. It wasn't bad for the young people here.
About alcohol, we were going to all inclusive. Alcohol consists of wine, vodka and gin. There is no whiskey at all.
There are no coffee machines - it was not always possible to drink a cup of coffee in the morning.
On the second day, we met the ladies who initiated us into a lot. A couple of days before us, as it turned out, there was a riot, the most real one. People signed a non-petition that everything was fine here, but everyone wanted to leave (by the way, those who did, not everyone was happy and wanted to return, but for $ 100 per person)
And, apparently, thanks to what was written above, we got almost to paradise 3* - quality corresponding to the price ;)
Oh, yeah. To the shops, with lower prices, about 10 minutes on foot on the road towards Alanya. There are souvenirs and clothes, phone repairs, RESTAURANTS, and everyone's favorite Migros.
Speaking of wi-fi, there is none here. Russian Instagram doesn't connect to the iphone at all, I had to upload photos to Instagram on my own.
Room cleaning is not every day - mopping the floors. The change of towels and linen ended on the second day. They say there is nothing new, use it for now. As soon as they arrive, we will change them. The cleaners are kind. Nothing was missing from the rooms.
About the sea. It's far away, yes, about a kilometer. And back to the hill! We found our beach only on the second day. Because the first time we walked on our own, we didn't wait for the transfer. Then we decided to go on a transfer. At first, we were rolled by a "coffin on wheels", but believe me, we could have been patient for 3 minutes. On day 3, the coffin was replaced by a good minibus. We walked to the beach and drove from there.
We were not particularly interested in animation, but in our week there were exercises in the morning in the pool, contests, just music, belly dancing.
No one is watching the pool, you could swim at night. They dragged food to the rooms as much as they wanted to the last. After the big race, they were banned, but they managed to carry it anyway.
The elevators in the main building work in turn, Then one or the second. If you go upstairs from the kitchen, then first the elevator goes to the lobby - do not be afraid.
Basically, the rest was not bad, I hope my review will help someone make the right decision!
P.S. I forgot to take a photo..
The hotel is like 5 stars, in fact 1. The rooms are all broken, there is no whiskey, there are no animators, it stands on a mountain, they take it to the sea every other time, the service does not cope. The beach is 90% stone slab. They write that there is a bathhouse, too. I do not recommend it to anyone.
