The food is varied, the fish is delicious, the chicken kebab is so-so, dry and salty, I didn't take it anymore. Watermelons every day in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, there are also melons, oranges, apples, plums, apricots, not always, peaches are quickly snapped up and immediately by the kilogram, and not 1-2 pieces, so you need to catch the takeaway peaches. The fruits are all very tasty. The hotel is international, but the Russians are the most). There is sand on the beach, the entrance to the sea is not deep, you seem to sail far from the shore, but an adult is neck deep, it is convenient with children. There is a bar near the beach, drinks from 10-18, snacks at certain hours, fries and nuggets. Towels for the beach in the SPA without any deposits and without recording the room number, you just come and take them, then you also take the used ones. We stayed at this hotel from October 4 to October 11, 2024. In general, we got what we wanted. Excellent entry into the sea. Delicious and high-quality food cooked from the heart. Polite staff. This is the most disgusting hotel we've been to😭 We had a rest with our family , 2 adults and 2 children from 08/26.24 to 09/3.

Starting from the first day, we were given a room with mold in the bathroom, dirt on the floor (dust, hair, garbage) Naturally, we went to the reception to have our room changed, but when we met other tourists on the way, we were horrified, because there are no good rooms in the hotel! So at the reception , the person began to fill in that there were no rooms , although the hotel was no more than half full! As a result, he says to wait 1 hour and he will help us … We were naive , left the luggage at the reception in the luggage room and went to the restaurant to have a snack . The time was 16-30 and at this time there is nothing to eat at the hotel until 19-00! Drinks only! Turks are vacationing at the hotel , there are few Russians and even fewer Germans.
An hour later we returned to the reception , but this person had already left work and we were met by another employee who did not know🤬 And no one speaks Russian , all communication is via a phone translator , Wi-Fi is at the reception. As a result , after long painful negotiations , we were given another room , where it simply stank unbearably of sewage , the dirt was still on the floor . As a result , we opened room 3 , we stayed there .
It 's also dirty , I washed the floors myself , there is mold on the ceiling in the shower , the shower is very small , it leaks , the water is mostly cold , if you set it to warm , it literally goes for a minute -2 , I managed to wash off the shampoo with balm .

The hotel has 9 buildings , we were in the 5th building . Everything is old, garbage, dry leaves , dirty dishes , food stubs, all this we met all over the territory. Of the advantages , there is a green area , a lot of trees , plants , palm trees .
From food : breakfast is scarce , lunch can be full , for dinner there is a grill . There are no excesses in food, the standard set is always ( Turkish cold appetizers, green salads , side dishes , meat or chicken or incomprehensible cutlets , there are no designations for the dishes , you approach the vat with food and it is unclear what it is , because their cook likes to cook a lot in gravy , fried , stuffed with something ... Watermelons , apples , oranges , melons are sometimes made from fruits , but peaches are taken out , but 3 minutes and they are not there ! They take it apart in a moment !
One big plus for us is the sea! It 's close , sand , rocks come across , but we went further along the sea line and there 's a buzz ! Sun beds on the beach without mattresses at our hotel , others have mattresses everywhere . The beach bar is sparse.. Water , beer, juices. The coffee machine is disgusting , there is no coffee there , but a disgusting slurry , I took coffee only in the lobby bar .
Liquid was poured into the pool every morning from buckets , I don 't even know what was there , according to conversations with other tourists , many of the children felt bad . The eldest daughter was also ill for two days , vomiting ! I don 't know what it 's about , either the food or the pool . My husband also did not like the food , his stomach hurt , he vomited ! In general, we ate with caution! No matter who we communicate with from tourists in the hotel , everyone's vacation is spoiled in terms of the hotel , we supported each other , because everyone is working and waiting for a long time to rest !
Finally, the day of departure came, at 12-05 we lowered our luggage into the baggage room, this is the room that the Turk opens (belboy) there is a camera inside, we did not think that someone could climb through the bags there, because there were many other luggage. The transfer arrived for us at 13-20 a little earlier , we hurriedly picked up our luggage and went to the airport! Arriving at the airport, we put our hands in the bag, but there is no money!!! We went to the police at the airport, from there we were sent to the counter of our tour company FanSun, we called our guide , but all without results!!! And we didn 't have time to go back , that 's what these NASTY MICE who steal money from bags rely on ! The mood from the vacation is disgusting! My husband says he won't go to this Turkey anymore!!! Good afternoon, this is the first time I am writing such a review, I hope it will be useful to you. The review was 10+ points, but Yandex cut it ((. The hotel is now called the Sunrise Beach side club or something, but it has not been Larissa for a long time.
1- Rooms
The rooms are nice, but of course there are disadvantages.
In 1x, this is the absence of any cabinets / shelves / bedside tables (maybe we were so lucky). There is simply nowhere to put things, as a result everything lies on the floor or on the second bed (more on that later). They gave us 2 rooms, one with an ordinary double bed, the second with a two-storey one. The beds are soft and comfortable. But the two-storey one is assembled a little crookedly (it did not fall on its head, and thank God). There are cracks in the doors in the room, and it wouldn't be such a big problem if animals didn't climb through these cracks. In all rooms, and especially in the toilet, there are a lot of ants, mosquitoes and some other insects. There are also very narrow curtains in the room, and it is impossible to completely balance the window. The toilet itself is very narrow and small, you can ONLY enter the shower sideways, there is no other way at all. In one of the rooms, the wall is being painted (as they say, recently renovated). The air conditioners work fine, without them I do not know how to relax here at all.
I think that's the end of the number.
2-Food and Drinks
They are excellent, I can't add anything, except that sometimes there is not enough space in the dining room and I have to eat by the pool. There are also bars by the sea and by the pool.
3-Cleanliness.
It's just trash, in the 10 days that we rested, the bed was changed 1 time at the insistent demand. By itself, cleaning is just a tin. The maximum that they will do is remove the garbage (and that's not a fact), give you new toilet paper, change towels (not a fact), well, if you're lucky, they will wash the floors so that the garbage will remain anyway. Well, there have also been cases of theft of things from the room, so the advice is: either carry everything with you, or hide it somewhere. There is really no WiFi, only in three places and that's bad, my advice is to buy a local SIM card and use it.

The pool is in chlorine, all the time!
As for the beach, you also need to have time to take the sun beds, it's okay, the growing grass from the sand, you can see the beach belonging to this hotel is not being processed.
As for the rooms, the bathtub is mildewed, the floors are not washed, and if they are, then very poorly. There are stains on the sheets.
I categorically do not recommend this hotel for a holiday, even with a very big discount!!!

The hotel is large, there are many rooms. Without any special frills, but it's pretty decent and cozy. There is a lot of greenery, everywhere there are paths not only for healthy people, but also for people with disabilities there are no restrictions anywhere - they can drive everywhere.

I was pleased with the large clean pool and the pool with a slide. There are plenty of sun beds by the pool.
There are also a lot of sun beds on the beach 5 minutes from the hotel, although it was not always possible to find a couple. Beach towels are provided, you can change them at least 2 times a day.
Beach bar - drinks, beer, fries, pizza, burgers. From 10 to 16h
Pool bar- used drinks, beer, different alcohol until 22h.
Coffee break from 16-17 with cakes and cookies.
For those who are particularly hungry, you can still have a snack before 12 o'clock at night.
There is not much animation, it does not bother much. It's noisy until 23h, plus the noise of music from neighboring hotels, but only 23h!!!
In general, the hotel justifies its "4". Not Egypt, of course, but a vacation at the sea left a good impression.

We had a rest from August 29 to September 4 this year. The tour operator immediately warned us that the hotel is very modest.
Of the advantages:
-private beaches, free sun beds with sun loungers,
-room cleaning every day,
-beautiful hotel grounds.
Minuses:
- they moved us into a normal room 3 times. The first room was given a family room with a hole in the floor instead of a shower cabin and a scanty room, then they offered a room next to the reception. The noise, screams and the sound of the TV from the hall was perfectly audible + instead of one double bed, they gave 2 single beds. When trying to connect them, it turned out that the mattresses were of different heights. The difference was significant. There was also a conditional balcony in the room: dimensions 0.5 by 1 meter. There wasn't even room for a chair.
On the 2nd day, after we had been guarding the hotel staff at the reception all morning, we changed the room. On the 4th floor in the far building. Next to the animation stage, therefore, it was impossible to be in the room before 11 pm + there were no doors from the shower cabin, so after each bath there were puddles of water in the bathroom.
- Nutrition is a separate topic for the review. When you come to the dining room, it's like you're in the 90s. Exclusively Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians (the hotel is designed specifically for such guests) literally fight for food and places. Therefore, do not be surprised if you fail to find places to sit down and have lunch the first time. The diet is rich, but what was not eaten in the morning will be cut up and sold for lunch, and if it remains later, it will pour sauce and beautifully put on a tray, so check the food for freshness before eating. Vegetarians will find it difficult to find enough food.
- The bar has only sparkling water, teas, coffee from the vending machine, extremely diluted sprite, cola and fanta and syrups. It's hard to say from alcohol - they didn't take it.
- Towels are given out stained and torn.
- The free hammam is located in the basement and during the entire stay we have never seen people there. Those who did end up there were very discouraged from going there.

My son and I arrived for 4 years from September 3 to September 13, 2021. The hotel is small, cozy, very green territory. We were settled in a building with a reception on the 3rd floor, there was no smell, lucky the room was standard and everything worked. It is 5 minutes to the sea, you can find a good coastal pebble and sand, there are plates and waves, but you can accurately calculate where and where not to go, whenever you come to the sea with a child, it is unpredictable and at 8 and 10 there were always beds, the food is not varied, but they were not hungry. The room was not cleaned very well, they washed in visible places, towels were changed 2 times, bed linen was never changed in 10 days. My son really liked the animation, dancing, darts, tennis, a big slide and clean pools. In general, we had fun, tune in to the positive, Side has a beautiful promenade and many great places (excursions), so all the disadvantages can be turned into delicious cocktails with your mood. We stayed at this hotel from September 06, 2021 to September 14, 2021. We checked in at 19.00. Offer the most modest rooms: the room is dark, the air conditioner does not work (wires stick out of it at all), a bunk bed for children. It's generally shaking. he staggers, while making such sounds that the whole floor hears. there's a problem with cleaning, a young man is cleaning up. who wipes the floor lightly and THAT's IT! you can grow potatoes on the balcony and on the bedside tables! Towels do not change, bed linen has not been changed in 8 days. We tried to change the number, we looked at 10 of them. There are problems everywhere: then the room is full of ants, then the door does not open (the child will definitely not be able to cope), then the air conditioner does not work. We even gave money to change the room to a different one - there is nothing BETTER!
There is the same assortment of dishes in the dining room every day: rice. pasta. the liver. chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers. apples. watermelon. people are crowding before the opening. How hungry they are! they obviously understand. if you don't get enough food right away. It may not be enough. Bakery products in celophane were often found with mold. Often from that. what was left of the lunch, the Turks were preparing a salad (we made it out of what was there). The hotel staff was in no hurry to report the dishes. And anyway: no one is in a hurry. Tables are often not ready for visitors. The whole hall is wiped with one cloth. Washed dishes are offered to guests immediately with pieces of food. disgusting!
Since we left at night, no one gave us a dry breakfast. although we beat with small children (they said it was necessary to order). We just managed to pack our things. The lights went out in the room. it didn't turn on anymore.
Terrible hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone. Definitely not 4*!

We stayed at this hotel from May 20, 2019 to June 2...everything is fine..I read the reviews and prepared for the worst..as a result, the staff is wonderful.polite.yes, the rooms are old, but they were cleaned every day..any problem was solved in 15 minutes. 4 adults and 4 children traveled together for 2 years, 4 years. 5 years and 5 years...animation is the highest in 14 days of more than one repetition. The food is varied for every taste.it's 5 minutes to the sea ... from the fact that there is a construction site nearby (non-operational), no one was confused, since all people even from 5 * go past it and there are no problems. I just came from a vacation from this hotel. The hotel is certainly not 4 stars...3 with a stretch.. I was lucky with the room, it was clean, renovated, everything worked, the only water drained badly in the shower cabin. Linen was changed 3 times in 10 days, towels 2 times. The towels are stained with some kind of stains..the linen is clean, snow-white. I did not understand which building number, but it is far from the main building..paid Wi-Fi does not reach him. The food is normal...on the 5th day, I already wanted terribly dumplings and borscht)))the pastries are of the same type, very sugary-sweet. The fruits are terrible..it is impossible to eat melon at all, none at all..watermelon is sweet every other time, and then you need to choose the middle pieces. I was not interested in animation, I passed out already at 10 pm, got up at 6.30. But they said it was an interesting animation. After living for 10 days, I met a lot of dissatisfied people.. Right on the day of departure, I met 2 women from St. Petersburg, they were put in a room on the 1st floor completely covered with mold...The smell is terrible. the shower is wide, and the curtain is all black with mold at the bottom. They were almost crying.they say it was the first time in Turkey, they went with such joy and so broke them off..
A minibus to Side near the hotel for 4 lira or 1 euro will take you without any problems. I took excursions at the local TRAUM company, much cheaper than through a travel agency.and all the same. And I went to Side myself and walked around the whole city on my own and was at the museum. By the way, such a cool peacock lives there and a rooster with 3 chickens, the rooster was constantly crowing :)))
In general, I advise the area, there is NO hotel. But again, I was lucky with the number. And why I don't advise it- I don't like deception.. 4 stars are declared, so be appropriate..!

The hotel is low-level, pulls in 3 stars. Repairs are needed everywhere, boring, gloomy as a holiday home of the 90s. In terms of nutrition, everything is modest, without frills. The animation is weak. There are dead sunbeds on the beach, the entrance to the sea is not quite sand, there are sharp stones of unexpected sizes, you can stumble over them. And there are a lot of biting fish in the sea, they bite until they bleed, be careful. I do NOT recommend the hotel or the place!!!

I really liked the hotel. The food is great. It does not end even when the hotel is fully loaded. The sea is 100 m away. Sand, but there are rocks in the sea. It is ideal for snorkeling - there are a lot of mullets on these rocks. There is animation, but for 4k. The guide from Odeon tour or Sanmar is Emil, a rude and bazaar ticket salesman. We didn't buy anything from him. We bought excursions in a nearby shop for 2 times cheaper. The chef is just a god of cooking. Pasta and tuna in baked salt are just super. The rooms are cleaned every other day. It's all clear. The pool is warm. The children's room is cooler. The water in the pools is clean. The slide is also cool. The child did not get out of the pools. Every other day, the shows are very interesting, especially with African gymnastic drummers. Chebureks with cheese and hamburgers are served at the beach bar. Very tasty. I recommend it in general.

I liked the hotel, 4 stars. We had a vacation in June 2019.He deserves his 4 stars. The food is good. The room was cleaned every day, I didn't even have to ask. Entertainment program every day, for both adults and children. The hotel grounds are large and clean. The sea is just around the corner. The beach is sandy, shizlong and towels are all free. Free Wi-Fi is only available at the reception, but we were satisfied with that.

We were put in room 7007, there must have been a flood in it before us - the wall at the entrance with streaks, hastily made repairs. There's fungus on the walls. The air conditioner did not work (after the third reminder, it was fixed). There is dust and dirt everywhere. I had to clean up myself. The lighting in the room is very dark (they save money, apparently). The bathroom mirror has some indelible dark spots. All the ceilings are cracked. The bathroom doors let water through, after washing the whole bathroom is in water. The toilet is not being washed, so you can come and clean the room. The cleaning is also very bad. At the same time, they did not agree to change the room even for payment, referring to the fact that the hotel was full.
There are very few sunbeds on the beach for so many vacationers.
Pros: cool animation: invited water ballet, Turkish night, foam party. Russian Russians account for 80% of the vacationers, and the animators do not speak Russian or speak very poorly. You need to invite Russian-speaking animators and everything is clear and fun!
They feed well: porridge for breakfast, eggs, pancakes, a lot of jam, sauces, cottage cheese, sausage (not tasty, but it's all so local). Lunch and dinner are similar: French fries, rice, pasta, meat, fish, chicken, liver, vegetables, fruits: watermelons, melons, apples, pears, plums, peaches, oranges, grapes. There is also a grill for dinner: kebabs, fish, liver. Also, the greens, cheeses, and local tortillas are very tasty.

So they did, although the rooms are terrible, the furniture is old, the door to the balcony did not close, the sink is cracked, the doors in the shower stall do not close and hang out, the sunbeds are broken, they drank from disposable glasses in the restaurant, the plates are crushed and there are not enough places, there are not enough places everywhere you need to take places in the restaurant on the beach. On the 5th day, the door in the shower fell off and broke, my wife cut her leg. They asked to change the number. We were refused and told to lock the door, and if you are indignant, we will evict you from the hotel. The rest was completely ruined.

They gave me 2 bottles of water for the whole time. The rooms are damp. The hotel does not pull in 4 stars. The Turks in the nearby cafe said that the hotel was under demolition and wanted to close it this year, but decided to earn money for now. There was no shampoo or shower gel at all. The towel and bed linen are full of holes and yellow. The dishes were all chipped, dirty plates came across. If you do not regret 10 euros, then the room will be quite good, and the waiting time for check-in will be significantly reduced.
