I want to thank Larum Salon for my magnificent doors!
I have been looking at the doors of Drevprom for a long time, there is still a question of choosing a supplier.
I honestly called everyone, and I got the best advice from Tatiana, who turned out to be a good person in her field)) I had a few complicated knots, and she sorted them out right from the photos on her phone.
I came to the salon, looked at everything, chose the doors of the Logic series, handles, they have a wide choice, and concluded an agreement.
They arrived on time, and called five times to coordinate the delivery and installation dates, which would be convenient for me.
The doors were installed exactly with my crooked Soviet walls.
I recommend it, I'll come for three more doors soon.

I'm just thrilled with the Laroom store! I bought a door with a flush-mounted handle, and it turned out to be the best choice! The product quality is at the highest level — the door looks stylish, minimalistic and fits perfectly into the interior. Concealed mounting is just cool: convenient, functional and very aesthetically pleasing.

We applied to the salon on the recommendation of neighbors from the house clock, and we selected the front door to the apartment. The female managers turned out to be technically competent, asking questions about whether the apartment was close to the elevator, whether there was a vestibule, and when the doors were needed. We chose the Milano model. We were asked if we needed interior doors and floors and offered to choose Vitebsk interior doors in the same style for the entrance. Then we also came to pick up the floors, we chose quartz vinyl. My wife and I noticed how cozy and comfortable the salon was, and yes, we were given a very pleasant discount with our complex order. Although the production time was not small, which was previously announced, but in the end everything was done clearly and the front door was even installed earlier. We are satisfied with the work. The delivery was made on time, the installers were professional (our foreman kept in constant contact with them). We checked in last month, we are very satisfied.

Beware of this store — my experience with buying doors has become a real nightmare.
At first, I thought I had found a good store to buy doors, but the reality turned out to be completely different. After installing the doors, it turned out that they have many defects. There are scratches on the surface, paint splashes, and in some places, a generally poor—quality assembly. But that was just the beginning.
The installation of the doors also left more questions than answers. Installers work informally, and if you have problems (like me), the store immediately disclaims responsibility. The managers either don't answer the phone or say that "everything is written in the contract." No apologies, no attempts to solve the problem, nothing. Absolute indifference to the client.
And as if that wasn't enough, the door delivery arrived a month and a half late! No phone call, no apologies for the delay, just indifference.
I have never seen such disregard for clients before. First, they sell defective goods, then they blame all the problems on the buyers. If you are thinking of ordering doors from this store, think twice. It is better to choose a more reliable place where they respect their customers.

Instead of trying to solve the problem, you preferred to devalue my experience and turn the conversation into accusations.
The facts remain facts: There were defects on the doors, and they were seen not only by me, but also by other people.
The installers worked informally, and the store refused responsibility.
The delivery was a month and a half late, and no one even apologized.
If you really care about your reputation, it would be better if you admitted mistakes and offered a solution, rather than accusing the client of unfounded claims.

I've never written reviews, but this store forced me to. I ordered the doors here, and now I regret this decision.
Firstly, the quality of the doors leaves much to be desired – there were scratches and irregularities on the surface, and in some places there was an inaccurate assembly. When I went to the store, they just told me that "everything is within the normal range."
Secondly, the installation is a separate nightmare. The installers worked informally, and when problems arose, the store simply "washed its hands of them." No help, no solution, or even basic respect for the client.
And thirdly, the doors were delivered to me with a delay of one and a half months! No phone call, no apologies, just indifference.
The only thing this salon is good at is writing positive reviews to themselves. Therefore, if quality and service are important to you, avoid this store.

I would like to note the good quality of the goods, literacy and efficiency in solving issues that, of course, always arise during the repair process, of the salon staff. I've been subscribed to their Instagram for a long time, and when they decided to change the front door, I decided to contact them. Thanks to Tatiana, she helped me choose a model, explained everything in great detail, told me, and answered all my questions. After their "specialists" installed the doors, they had to call in other craftsmen to save at least something. It would be better to buy ready-made ones at the store. Managers are a separate song. They don't hear, they don't listen, you won't get an answer from them. Once you have received the money, you are no longer interested.

The quality of service leaves much to be desired. They do not comply with the promised deadlines, they waited a month for the installation of interior doors! The manager does not control the work of his installers in any way, they let everything take its course.
I do not recommend contacting this company for those who value their time.
