We stayed at the hotel for one night between transfers. In general, the hotel is well located: near the metro, ferries, many cafes and pleasant places for walking
Minuses:
1. Location is a double-edged sword. It was very noisy in the evening and at night: constant shouting and loud conversations on the street made it difficult to sleep.
2. There were problems with the air conditioner - it was making too loud a noise. I had to call the staff to turn it off.
3. The bed turned out to be uncomfortable: it was too short (with my height of 180 cm, the legs hung down), narrow for two, and there was no blanket - only a thin sheet. We froze at night, including because of this

Staying at the Last Vita Suites, I got a reason to think about what can be expected from the inflated cost of living. From the very entrance, the hotel is amazing: the area in which it is located leaves only bad impressions. On the way, I saw drunks and gangsters – and the police were actually detaining these people right in front of my eyes, which created a constant sense of insecurity.
And now about the interior itself. There is a terrible smell that does not go away even after a few minutes of exposure. The air conditioner is constantly noisy in the room, driving you crazy with its relentless work, and there are no basic hygiene products – I came for just one day, and, to my surprise, nothing that could provide basic comfort was provided. The breakfast turned out to be strange and unbalanced: what was served not only did not please the taste, but also did not compensate for all the shortcomings of the hotel.
The staff also leaves much to be desired. The administrator, who turned out to be not only impolite, but also completely indifferent, only aggravated the overall negative impression. The cold room, the lack of customer care and the discrepancy between the price and the level of the conditions offered – all this makes it strongly recommended to avoid Last Vita Suites.

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel in July 2024. Of the advantages, this is definitely the location, 5 minutes to the ferry and to all kinds of cafes and bars. Polite staff. WiFi is free, the speed is average. The air conditioning in the room is good. Of the minuses, for me personally: 1. breakfast is very poor. 4 fried eggs on 1 single plate. Whatever you want, divide it up. For a man, of course, it's nothing at all. There is a lot of bread. 2. The room is very small, it is rather for one person.
The repair in the room is normal. In a day, we got about 9t. for two, I think it's a little expensive. Sound insulation with closed windows and earplugs is normal. I will not underestimate the rating, because there are a lot of good reviews. But we wouldn't come back.
