Disgusting service! We got caught in the rain and asked for extra bathrobes in order to go to the spa, we were refused, although walking down the street from the room ... everything is dirty in the room, the floor is dirty near the room, the sunbeds near the pool are dirty ... in short, I do not recommend it! The staff was rude, they asked for an additional mat at the entrance to wipe their feet and sent bathrobes… The hotel is mediocre…
